Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bethel/Danbury

We were very lucky to get a room after a powerful storm blew through. The staff were very helpful. It was affordable. The room was very clean. Amenities include a microwave, one serve coffee pot, the coffee is by coffee pot with tea bags. You can go downstairs for breakfast which is included. It’s located near restaurants, dinners, shopping centers. Not far from the highway either. I am grateful to have had a clean place to stay with my husband during a tough time for so many.

Rooms are clean. Lighting is very poor though. Regular coffee should be replaced every day

The room was clean. No weird smells in the room, hallway or stairs. That's always a positive in my eyes. The room air conditioner worked well and was quiet. The Breakfast included was above basic. The kids loved the waffle maker and they had a good selection of yogurt. Very nice and helpful. We will stay there again if we are traveling in that direction

No much. Breakfast was very substandard. No hot items. Cereals and waffles only.

Was clean , nice room Window in our room was cracked. They did give us another room. We did not want to chance being held responsible for that.

The breakfast was OK. Very cramped area and the coffee cups were paper making the coffee taste like cardboard. We’ve stayed in other places and always had scrambled eggs, either bacon or sausage. This was very limited.

This is ok forms overnight stay. Breakfast is terrible. Not worth what I paid.

We only stopped for the night. The place was very clean & it smelled fresh- the room was quaint. It had a small tv (not a smart tv), fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron board, and all the necessities in the bathroom- the AC cooled the room down within minutes of our arrival. The bed and pillows were comfy. We did not stay to eat breakfast, but it looked and smelled good- if the need arises in our future, we will stay here again!

The room was kinda clean. No bed bugs so that was about as good as it gets. Breakfast was only a broken waffle maker, cereal and toast. Not worth the $200 price

The bed was comfortable enough and they did have a small sampling of breakfast food.

The outside landscaping is very nice. The carpeting inside this hotel are filthy. They need a redo! The carpet in my room was filthy. The light switch when you first enter the room only works if you slam it with your fist. The bed was comfortable enough. The pillows were good. The shower head is all the way toward the wall and if you turn the shower head to the center it gets on the floor. Towels were great. Heat/AC worked well. Room was pretty clean except for those carpets. I did not have coffee or partake in the free breakfast.

Our room was at the end of the hall so we could load our motorcycles easily Breakfast was barely adequate. The traffic to get there was horrible. There were no hooks in the room, so no place to hang anything, even a wet towel. The hallway carpet was old, even threadbare in one place.

Clean enough. We chose location for my son's wedding. Powdered creamer for coffee... "breakfast" was minimal offerings.

I had an excellent stay. The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, modern and the bed was appropriately firm and very comfortable. Toiletries were included in eco friendly pump bottles and when the ice machine went out of service, they went the extra mile and invited guests to request ice from the front desk. It gave a welcoming, thoughtful vibe and if I'm ever in the area again it'll be my chosen place to stay. Nothing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this cozy, clean and well renovated hotel.
