Great location, lovely hotel.

Beautiful and clean, nestled within trees and greenery

The front desk team was amazing, especially Maya, who was attentive and extremely helpful throughout my stay. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the room exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was excellent. The bedroom and bathroom were large, nicely decorated and very clean. The grounds were well maintained and the outside sitting area was very inviting.

Great restaurant in hotel

The hotel is beautiful & the room/bed was clean & comfortable. My concern is there is only 1 set of elevators and both my sister (Rm 40) and I (Rm 30) were located in rooms farthest away from this access. The stairs on our side of the building were accessible down to the 2nd floor (not ground?) which still forced us to walk the length of the building for ground access.

A beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Wonderful restaurant on the premises, offering indoor and outdoor dining. Food was excellent. Lovely patio with comfy furniture. Unfortunately, people were hanging out until 3:00 a.m being very loud. This ruined our trip since our room was right above where the group was, which made it difficult to sleep. It's a shame that this happened. It's highly unlikely that someone on staff didn't see or hear anything. Use of the patio should be prohibited after a certain hour since there are many rooms right above it. Upon our return home, I noticed our account was charged again. Room was paid in full month's before our stay. When I called the hotel to discuss this, I also brought up the patio issue. A very nice gentleman named Vincenzo listened to my concern and apologized for the inconvenience. Said the hotel normally closes the patio at a certain hour. Obviously, someone dropped the ball. He also resolved the billing issue.

One of the highlights was the breakfast. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced, with a great selection and high-quality options. The staff were also outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Danbury area.

-
Beautiful area. Nice grounds. Great restaurant on-site.
-
Otherwise beautiful, well maintained, food/drinks at bar were amazing. The desk chairs in room/suite could be improved- feel flimsy.
-
Place was fantastic. The walls are thin but stay on the top floor and keep the TV on low and you won’t hear anything.
-
Good breakfast choices and the hotel was very clean. This is, by far, the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is absolutely NO sound proofing. I could hear every door close, every conversation in the hallway. The room next to us played their TV loudly past 1 am. I tried calling the front desk three times for help and no one answered. Finally pounded on the wall, to no avail. Beds also very uncomfortable.
