Everything is excellent! The staff is very helpful and patient. Nice experience.

The rug in our room go soaked from the AC unit. The gym is very small and would be uncomfortable if more than one person was working out at a time. The bathrooms next to the gym/pool were locked in the mornings. The parking lot is kind of a mess and crammed. And what I least appreciated, was room service knocking on our door WELL BEFORE check out time to ask if we were leaving, even with the do not disturb sign hanging on the door.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful, polite , friendly and welcoming. We were tired from traveling and hungry, they recommended a restaurant very close that turned out to be a hidden gem, Chuck’s, food and service was excellent! Staff in breakfast area were very friendly as well!

We loved this property. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Very clean rooms. The pool was clean and we had it to ourselves. Will definitely stay here again.

The only problem was i came Saturday afternoon at 1pm and left Monday 6:45am no one once cleaned or offered to give clean linens or wash cloths and towels

The staff were very helpful, although they seemed to be under-manned. We were disappointed that there was no house-keeping. We had booked for 2 nights and nobody made up the room for the second day. When you stay at a Marriott you expect housekeeping to make up the bed and furnish new towels. This did not occur.

Loved how clean it was and the location. I wasn’t thrilled with the first floor room. I asked for something else, and was given a room with a lot of traffic. I think some kind of punishment. I was a flight attendant for 25 years and have had too many people enter my room without going through the room door. I just wish the front staff understood this.

Breakfast was ok. Cocoa, snacks & cookies were great. A thoughtful amenity. Room had not been checked out before our stay: TV not plugged into cable. Toilet plugged and there was no plunger next to it . Toilet rocked back & forth. It wasn't well secured to the floor. Telephone was not connected. As a result it didn't work. Bedrom was hard to navigate. Cramped space, difficult to reach far side of bed. Entrance driveway was poorly designed and dangerous to both cars & people. Parking spaces were too few and too small.

The toilet was broken, they came with plunger, but was not an issue even tho we told to maintenance, the flange has to get changed. People wants to come in the room while do not disturb sign outside, and maintenance keep knocking the door. I asked for quite room, and got room facing highways…needs an attention on details and customers more.
