Comfort Inn & Suites Davenport - Quad Cities

Beds were comfy. Tv was nice and large in our room. Property was quiet. Breakfast was good. One suggestion I would make to this property is to shampoo the carpet in front of the elevators, especially in 3rd floor. It was disgusting!

But the room we had there was a few issues. The AC unit was gross. We have no idea what was going on in there. We actually turned it off because how gross it was. There was also a few things that needed to be cleaned and fixed. The tub didn’t drain properly either. The fridge definitely needed scrubbing too. There was a leak to the outside wall when we woke up the floor and the window seal was soaked. We did notify the staff. The beds were clean and comfortable which we were thankful for.

Staff was friendly and eager to help.

It is next to a strip club. Air conditioning was barely working. Stains on sheets and pull out couch mattress. Not clean.

I enjoy my stay it was very comforting breakfast was good different varieties I would stay there again

Worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful in a horrible situation me as the guest. You have lost a customer.
