I will love a refund. Room was dirty no lights microwave sitting on the bathroom sink. I do have pictures . Bed nasty room nasty. Wasn't clean . Have a nasty smell I moved the microwave so I didn't electricity myself. Didn't have a fridge

This was for a quick sleep on a road trip and only needed a bed for a couple of hours. This place isn't even worth that. I waited for 15 minutes to check-in, was told someone was on their way, and they never showed up. For the best, I ended up not staying here. A home made bed in the lobby was my first thought I shouldn't stay. Duragatory comments written on a paper sign taped to the check-in desk was my second.

These clowns don't answer their phones, and wouldn't answer the door. I had to get another motel and lost the money I paid for the room.

The door to our room was unlocked. The toilet was overflowing with a cigarette in it and the hand towel was used.

The room had roaches and holes all over the place and the staff member worked the whole 3 nights I was there no day off and slept in the lobby

If you have ever wanted to experience what it’s like to sleep inside an active biohazard zone while paying top dollar for the privilege, The Roach & Sewage Retreat is your dream destination! Let’s start with the room ambiance. The walls were decorated in what I can only assume was a historical mosaic of bodily fluids, mystery footprints, and grease stains from the Reagan administration. You couldn’t lean against a wall without sticking to it like a postage stamp. Then came the wildlife tour. Forget normal hotel pests—this place had a microscopic ecosystem so advanced they were practically paying taxes. We discovered species of multi-legged horrors that haven't even been cataloged in an encyclopedia yet. One of them crawled across my pillow, looked me dead in the eye, and whispered “rent’s due.” As for the bed? Absolute luxury... if your definition of luxury is a prison cot from a maximum-security county jail that was stuffed with gravel and old phone books. To top it all off, the room had a bouquet. It smelled precisely like a sewer pump that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles host a wild underground rave in every single weekend. We had to spray half a can of Febreze just to keep our eyelashes from melting. 0/10. Would rather sleep in a dumpster behind a dumpster. Stay away!

I was woken to roaches in my bed, crawling in my hair, my beard, and body. When I got home I put my garment bag, shoes, laptop computer into a garbage. There were a dozen or more in the bottom of the garage bag. This was a damn Roach infestation and got the hell out of there.

It was decent for the price

If I could give this facility a negative star, I would. My room was the absolute worst room that I've ever rented at any motel ever. The place needs to be either renovated extensively or condemned. Period.

Be sure to call customer service and get ur money back that all I can say! This is like going to ur local city landfill !!! A Dump

My room was...ok. It had basic beds, basic mattress, basic shower (the head didn't spray well/right but got the job done). It was clean, which was most important to me.

We were very disappointed because the rooms were filthy, Door locks broken, Toilet leaking all over the floor, and razor blades in the hallway. Very disappointed!

At 11:30 pm I booked and paid for a room I had to travel an hour to pick up my friend and another hour to get back to town then we stopped for food I called at 3:30 because I didn't know that you had to check in by 2:30 am so I called to let them know I was on my way I got lost trying to find the place and got there by 4:30am they refused to let me get my room and said I called over an hour an a half ago which was a lie and now I'm fighting to try to get a refund and never even got to get my room they said it was a no call no show I highly recommend going elsewhere and since I had ordered the room thru Expedia the hotel said contact them for a refund but when I contacted them they are trying to go thru the hotel for a refund it's a bunch of bullsh*t I'm not happy with any of these services and I'm on disability so I don't have money to be wasting and not even get what I paid for
