I-80 Inn & Suites

We were very disappointed because the rooms were filthy, Door locks broken, Toilet leaking all over the floor, and razor blades in the hallway. Very disappointed!

At 11:30 pm I booked and paid for a room I had to travel an hour to pick up my friend and another hour to get back to town then we stopped for food I called at 3:30 because I didn't know that you had to check in by 2:30 am so I called to let them know I was on my way I got lost trying to find the place and got there by 4:30am they refused to let me get my room and said I called over an hour an a half ago which was a lie and now I'm fighting to try to get a refund and never even got to get my room they said it was a no call no show I highly recommend going elsewhere and since I had ordered the room thru Expedia the hotel said contact them for a refund but when I contacted them they are trying to go thru the hotel for a refund it's a bunch of bullsh*t I'm not happy with any of these services and I'm on disability so I don't have money to be wasting and not even get what I paid for

DO NO STAY AT THIS PLACE, SOMETHING BIT MY LEGS ALL NIGHT IN THE BED, COCKROACH IN SHOWER, 1 BT BUT NO OTHER TOWELS WERE IN RM, NO PHONE, NO CUPS OR ICE BUCKET, ONLY 1 OUTLET ON LAMP WORKED, FRIDGE FROZE POP, 1 LAMP IN RM, RM SMELLED OF SMOKE UPON ENTRANCE, AC ONLY WORKED ON 1 SPEED WHICH WAS HIGH, SUPPOSED TO BE A BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING BUT WAS NOT INFORMED OF WHERE IT WAS, RM WAS TO BE HELD W/CARD & PD. FOR W/CASH UPON CHECK-IN...NOT TRUE, DEBIT CARD WAS CHARGED, DOOR LOCK WAS LOOSE, DOOR WAS EASILY PUSHED IN FROM THE OUTSIDE BY AT LEAST 2 INCHES BUT NO FURTHER, NO POP MACHINE ON GROUNDS, NO VENDING MACHINE WAS SEEN ON GROUNDS I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WILL NOT ALLOW MY FAMILY TO STAY HERE AND WILL ADVISEMY FRIENDS NOT TO STAY HERE AS WELL.

Room smelled like smoke and barely any towels and bed was lowand no breakfast im required a refunded

The key I was given was filthy (food and dirt on it). I was not shown where my room would be, but I was able to find it easily enough. Curtains were far too thin to ensure room would be dark. Refrigerator had not been cleaned in a long time. BATTERY OPERATED smoke alarm was not present. Sink had been cracked and patched (observed this when cleaning key) Cobwebs, cockroaches, and multiple old cig burns all over shower tub. Wi-Fi was completely nonfunctional (it took about 3-4 minutes to connect to the access point, only to get a message that the access point had no Internet connection). All these issues were observed within the first ten minutes, and I decided to abandon my reservation. I usually let one or two bad things slide, but not that many! Clerk didn't even attempt to argue the point (he was now outside, using his vape). I should try and fight for a refund, but I accept the money is gone.

I will be demanding a refund from Hotels.com. None of the photos match reality. Original room--walked in on a couple in the act, second room--one lamp two bare bulbs with no shade, 2 metal framed beds with mattress about 2 inches thick, smelled of vomit. Chose NOT to stay. Parking lot NOT safe--more than one person meandering around checking what was in cars. Am told this was once a very nice property, not now.

Property is old and outdated. Rooms are no longer smoking had a very strong smell to them and an accommodation made to give us a ground floor room because of handicap accessibility put us into a room that I don't think was client ready. The electrical in the bathroom was exposed, there was a bar of soap and that's it for amenities. No garbage can Insight in the entire room. And no place either to sit other than the beds which had frames that I would say be fit a teenager at most not adult human beings. Very uncomfortable, the air conditioner was overly noisy and barely kept the room at a comfortable temperature. The lack of options with the television that continued to freeze up from a signal that could not carry to the room was very annoying for evening relaxation. Got what we paid for and that's about the only thing positive I'll say about it. Know not to stay there again even though we have family that live in the area.

Had cockroaches fly bad.had molding curtains mold cover shower curtain .writing all over walls floors hadn't been sweep TV had hole in it remote didn't wort busted window that was caulk shut fridge froze everything it was just nasty Jerry G f*** you had next door people outside door smoking weed

Advertised new renovations and the rooms were not renovated. Sheets and towels were stained.

Expedia information was misleading.

Bait and switch reservation, not hot water in shower, dirty fridge, ac sucked needed cleaning, air quality was terrible

Transient hotel off the highway. literally just needed a bed to sleep for 6 hours before we left on the road again. slow service, but polite. cheap mattress, springy. no soap in bathroom, only bar soap at sink.

Didn't like anything. Beds were horrible. Place was filthy. No shampoos towels and nothing worked

TV didn't work. Only one set of towel and washcloth for 1 people

Mattress was springs covered by sheets. I did not stay. I left after walking into the room. Just wanted a nice bed and warm shower. Got neither.

Run away as fast as you can!
