The room had a smell like phenol. Your Support staff was excellent and gave immediate response

The place was filthy. We left and did not stay.

The staff was great but they bed was uncomfortable felt like a cot and the air didn’t work and it was not worth the money

I arrived around midnight and there was no one there to check me in. I followed the instructions that where at the check in window and no answer the phone. While I was on the phone waiting I could smell drug use and some of the other guest were walking around. I didn’t feel safe around there so I left and got a different hotel.

Lo que no me gustó es que hay mucha gente afuera y que fuman en la orilla de la propiedad y el umo sube igual mucho ruido las últimas dos noches no pude dormir me quejé pero nada pasó
