The room was very clean, pool was nice. Breakfast wasn’t the best, maybe upgrade it a little.

It was appealing to the eyes. It was well kept. The breakfast bar could be a little more efficient. The items for breakfast could have covers over them so that little flying insects don’t have opportunity to get on them.

Next time we're in the area, this is our first choice.

When checking in the front desk person was rude and demanding. Stayed here many times and usually the people are very nice but the young lady working really acted like she was talking to a child. Other than that, the hotel is very nice and clean, and I would highly recommend others to stay here if you are in the area.

Wonderful staff. Clean and spacious. It would be great if there were more towel hooks, but other than that it was perfect.

Everything was great while we were there. Honestly the best hotel stay I've had in the past few years.

Needs to update Bathrooms

Great space , breakfast was decent . Bed sheets could have been checked better some where left dirty.

The room was very comfortable and offered a good place to put groceries or snacks that we needed during our stay. The check in was super easy and smooth and the guy that checked us in was very personable. There was a glitch with the app so we couldn't do the mobile check out and when we went to the desk a little over 30 minutes before the check out time there was no one there or any way to ring for someone so we had to sit in the lobby and wait until we were able to grab a staff member walking by.

The AC was out on the 4th floor and I had to keep reaching out about the AC in the room. They had maintenace email me and not call after I called from the room. Then it would work for a bit then went out again. Also watching the way the food was maintenained at the breakfast kept me away from it. Ice maker on the 4th floor was removed with no signs and nothing saying where to go for ice. The fridge froze everything in it.
