I traveled here with 2 other adults and 3 small children. We just stayed one night. The property was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was professional. I would recommend this hotel.

Clean room, parking & breakfast

Breakfast was another matter. Lots & lots of people, a lineup to get food and then no where to sit and eat it. It was overcrowded. Coffee was gone when I finally got to it and then there was no half & half. Maybe they weren't prepared for this amount of people? I'm just not sure why they had such a small space for so many people.

Considering the cost of the room expected quite a bit more that what I experienced.

Springhill Suites in South Dayton is by far, my favorite place to stay in Dayton. The place is clean, well maintained and the staff is always courteous, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a hotel in south Dayton.

What's the day was extremely pleasant check in was quick and easy. Love the fact that I was able to grill with my family on the patio while my kids went swimming. Defiantly our hotel for future trips

We had a late check in as we were passing through. Front desk was super friendly and accommodating. Room was big and very clean. Checked out by 11

Best breakfast great coffee but it seems they don’t use coffee filters

Very well maintained and managed property. My family and i took advantage of several amenities and really enjoyed our stay. I witnessed staff handling a couple complaints very professionally while expressing empathy for any inconvenience. I will definitely try to make this our go-to hotel anytime we're in the Dayton area.

Excellent hotel and very spacious rooms

Room was clean and staff was very professional. Plenty of parking spaces and had great options for breakfasts.

We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never serviced, never saw house keeping. No clean/fresh towels!!! Terrible service, I went to front desk to ask about house keeping service and the answer was “we don’t clean rooms everyday. It’s done every other day… in our experience it was never done!😣😖

The fitness room was quite small. Apart from these minor inconveniences, we had a generally positive experience.
