Studio 6 Miamisburg, OH - Dayton

My grandson stayed there last night. They said that was the worst hotel or motel. They’ve ever stayed in and they have been in many because they are hockey players and they travelled round a lot. They didn’t feel safe. They watched their car all night. Thought it might be stolen shouldn’t even be allowed to have guests.

Very clean place, Round the clock friendly and very nice staff. Room is comfortable and sorted with all the required basic amenities. Thank you.

Hallway smell like dog piss and cigarettes.

The shower curtain was just a clear lining. You could see yourself in the mirror taking a shower. The floor was sticky. There was no Grab bars in the shower with a slick tub. The phone didn't work. No remote for the TV. Had to use cell to call to have it replaced. On their site it said cable channels and all we got was antenna channels. Refrigerator was unplugged. It took forever for it to get cold. Had to go to a convenience store to get ice to keep my medication cold. The lights in the room wouldn't turn off. Plus no where on booking did it say a required deposit. Had to find out when I got there.

Place was dirty..stunk rundown nasty..couldn't use shower no curtain.the shower was dirty the bed was hard pillows worn down.. Nasty...

Triflin.... Sleep in your car before sleeping in this nasty, disgusting, motel... Omg, I swear this is no exaggerations this motel is disgusting, don't let the good price fool you . The microwave is disgusting, the refrigerator and freezer is filthy and had hair all in both, the sheets had hair all on them, the bathroom... Omg, the bathroom walls and toilet was filthy like very dirty and the shower had hair all in it as well. The inside of the door was filthy as well. There's dirt everywhere even on the walls, the door frame I'm the bathroom is all broken and cracked up and I can't say it enough, it's dirty and filthy. I kept feeling like something was crawling on me when it wasn't. They allow dogs and you see dog hair by the stove , on the counter, in the refrigerator and freezer. The floors are filthy. We drove over six hours from md and left the next day... Early, we was supposed to stay the weekend and just couldn't so we made that drive back right away. The guy at the desk was so amazing and gave me cleaning stuff, still didn't work, it needs to be demolished and rebuilt brand new .. take a chance if you think I'm lying

Rooms were excellent The gallery carpet was moist and no ventilation to get the smell out.

The bed was comfortable. The check in staff walked with us to the room and made sure everything was fine

Smelled really bad like cat pee

Took 3 trips to the desk to get a working remote for the TV. Place is run down and needs maintenance. Shower was good and room was clean. Won't be back

Con-This is an extended stay hotel. People live here. We were surrounded by residents, all who had pets. (Pet hair everywhere in community areas) Cars broken down in the lot. We were without water for 10ish hours due to a water line break that was the property’s responsibility. Unsecured entrances to the living areas meaning random people could just walk through the doors. People sleeping in the hallways. House keeping was horrible. I’ll never stay here again. Ever.
