Best Western Plus Miamisburg-Dayton Suites, Banquets & Hotel

Room was nice and clean A/C was as in on and room was cool when we arrived. Toilet was wobbly in bathroom. 1st day of breakfast was awful everything was cold sitting in warmers. 2nd day the food was good and warm good choice of food. Overall nice place to stay. Bed was comfortable and clean.

The young woman who checked me in (Marquis) was friendly, kind, and informative. Having her at the front desk was the right choice, she kicks butt at her job! Give her a raise! Room was HUGE, ICE COLD and most importantly clean as a whistle. I have paid A LOT more for "high end" hotels that werent this nice. 2 couches, 2 tvs, huge vanity mirror, etc. Looking for an affordable and awesome place to stay? You found it!

Breakfast not the greatest.

They did have recordkeeping issues, where the staff lost our reservation after the first night of our three night stay. There seems to be unpredictable number of staff in general. Sometimes I see 3-4 staff people about on the ground floor, but other times have trouble finding anyone.

Spacious suite room and very well cared for. It is a good looking hotel in the room as well as entry. Inexpensive for my dog to stay in the room.

This motel was excellent my only complaint would be to empty the outside garbages at least once a day. They were over flowing alo

It was disgusting. Mold in the room coffee pot, multiple days where they put molding drink pitchers and rotten fruit out for the breakfast buffet, I was yelled at by the night clerk who put the drinks out "as he already cleaned" the containers the juice was in, which were incorrectly cleaned therefore dispersing moldy juice. I had explained how to properly clean them on Monday, and Tuesday he yelled at me when I pointed out mold was still coming out. On Wednesday the same clerk told me he followed my suggestion and cleaned the pitchers, which were indeed full of mold. The TV in my bedroom didn't work, and the headboard accent panel fell on my head Thursday night. So I slept on the broken couch in the living room, worried that the bed might do more damage if I were to sleep in it again.

The room was ok but didn’t really give privacy honestly the staff wasn’t really helpful but the breakfast was good. Wish the pool stayed open later

We thought the room was perfect and the breakfast was very well maintained and restocked! All of the staff were very helpful. If I could make only one small suggestion, it would be nice if there were some sort of a shelf in the shower. There is no place to put anything except on the floor and it's difficult for people with a bad back. Oh, and the linens on the bed and the pillows were very high quality and super comfortable! We had a great rest.

Water pressure and took forever for hot water. Also breakfast left a lot to be desired....kinda gross......the maid service individual was awesome ? Elevator was old and rickety, kinda scary to ride
