Booked this room online, couldn't even stay in the room. Went to a different hotel. When I went to look over the room after checking in: the room was dirty, the air conditioner didn't work and there was a funny smell through the whole hotel. Was told they'd clean the room and get the air conditioner working before I got back a couple of hours later. Went and found another place to stay, when I came back to return keys and cancel my stay, they still hadn't cleaned the room and the air conditioning still wasn't working. The clerk was confused and upset that I wanted to cancel my stay. Was charged for one night, even though I couldn't even stay in the room. Otherwise got a refund for the remaining balance.

I didn’t expect much, but it definitely was below what I was expecting. There was no one at the front desk for check in. After waiting 10 minutes, I called 0 to let them know, no one was there to assist. Someone showed and got me checked in. When I entered the building to get to my room, the smell was terrible. Then, I get to my room walk in, it smelled so stale, and was so hot. I got the air turned on and started moving the air which made it a little better. The window ledges, inside the cabinets, on top of the refrigerator, and inside the pillow cases had ants. I know that’s normal, but not inside the pillow cases. The room was dirty. It had debris particles everywhere.

I was somewhat surprised b the dated condition of the property. Spartan conditions and a very saggy bed.

Overall decent stay if you’re looking for a cheap place for a single night stay. Visited Ohio to film so this place was convenient for a one night stay

Good location to my job Beds were very thin and uncomfortable. We killed a roach in the bathroom. Pics available upon request.
-
Clean Cabinets, furniture, countertops, lighting all old and worn

Staff was pleasant Bed wasn’t comfortable at all, carpet was very dirty

There were no hand rails in the bathroom, no elevator, no hair blowers. Breakfast was a joke. This place is not dor anyone who has any handicap and is not American With Disabilities Act compliant. They have no handicap rooms. We had to climb narrow stairs to 3rd floor even though my wife walks with a cane. Room cards quit workind 3 time during our 4 nights. The staff was friendly and tried to help. Night staff stayed in their cars, not at the desk. Dogs barked all night and doors were slammed late into the night. Overall, a poor experience.

Carpets were tattered and stained, walls peeling paint, sinks with cigarette burns, plumbing and faucets rusty and worn. Appliances look like they were donated from Salvation Army store. Mattresses worn like an elephant slept on them. Probably hasn't been updated since Reagan was President

The people were nice It was loud in the hall

Convenient, cheap, good area. The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate everyone's needs. Stains on the carpet looked like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. Room was downstairs and the whole downstairs smelled like cigarette smoke. The shower would not get hot no matter what way you turned the handle. The bathroom lights flickered.

People milling around the parking lot. Weed smell. Trashy outside. Inside is not clean and in poor condition. People just hanging out everywhere. Room was dirty, smelled like cigarrette smoke, very warm. Air conditioner did not work.

Booking.com said free breakfast but it was a grab & Go. I think the distinction should have being stated. If it was we would have stayed somewhere else. A muffins or granola bar is not breakfast at least to me. Staff was very nice but rooms have seen better days, stains on carpet, worn flooring in kitchen sheets on bed were clean though.

Constant drip from the shower, increased in frequency & volume each night of my stay. Had to purchase shower flip flops to dare step into the bathtub due to the growing mound of mold/mildew/lime/calcium in the tub drain that exploded around the drain was disturbing. The sink was missing the stopper & it had a toothpaste cap stuck down it. The counter had rust stains. The sink cupboard was coming apart at the bottom. Surfaces of the desk, coffee table, dresser, and kitchen counter had residue left behind. The ceiling had strings of dust hanging down. The walls in the kitchen had food gunk scattered on them. I believe the towels & sheets were washed, but there were some visible stains and some stuck hairs that could only be described as the pubic variety. One of the lamps had a missing light bulb. The headboard and nightstand was decorated with a really snazzy peeling off bumper sticker of some sort. There was something stuffed into the peephole so one could not look out if needed. The coffee table looked like it would break. The couch was not soft with streaks of unknown gross substance on it. Next to the couch, ingrained in the carpet, a giant stain that looked like dried blue vomit. Holes & stains in the carpet, everything everywhere worn out. Homeless person on drugs laying in hallway on my way out.

The staff was unhelpful claiming she was new, the first room they sent us to didnt open with key, so she sent us to a different room which smelled like paint thinner so bad we couldn't breath. When we went to talk to front desk another guest cornered and threatened my mother and said nasty obscene things to her then when she said get away she was going to call the police he called her nasty names. The person working the desk showed no concern and wasnt willing to rectify things, so we refused to stay in a place unsafe. And left immediately.
