There was no towels in the bathroom to shower with all they had in there was little hand towels

The staff was friendly and the location was right off the highway. The shower had mold on the ceiling, the fridge had not been clean, the bedspread had pen stains on it. The floors were so dirty that the bottoms of our feet were dirty and the bottom of the bath mat was dirty.

I booked 2 rooms (216 & 301). Room 216 had a very bad sewage smell and the only thing they could do was air fresheners (didn’t work). Room 301 sink was backing up and I had stains on my covers. This hotel needs to hire a plumber to come snake or repair the sewer line.

The room was dirty, there were no plates pots or anything in there you have to request it and then when you go to request it, they tell you that they have none. The best was not true to size. We had to ask the front desk for a chair to go in our room.
