Nothing Place was dirty. I only stayed one night and they charged me for the rest still even though I checked out

The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants. Bruce was very helpful and knowledgeable about the check in procedure and was able to answer all my questions.

The staff were the only good thing about the property Very dirty, smelly

Tv Didn't work. Went back and forth with hotel staff, but they couldn't fix. Said I'd have to wait a day. A curtain covering the closet was stuck and wouldn't open. Overall quality of facilities subpar. Left after one night.

Nice hotel and rooms

Comfortable Bed. We stayed in a Suite with full kitchen and a nice King Bed. Staff very accommodating. Housekeeping super respectful. We ended up stay two nights. Like everything

Loved everything about the hotel stay. Was not pleased with Booking.com though. Next time we will try to book elsewhere. It was way to difficult to add an extra night, change our payment method etc. But Hotel part was great. Booking.com was rediculous trying to stay another night, change payment method. I called Booking and they were RUDE and not friendly at all.

To start tried checking in no One came to front desk for 30 minutes. After finally getting checked in go to rm .to find out it wasn't what I booked. It was a double not a king .After getting into rm it was dirty smoke detector hanging out of the ceiling. T. Didn't work no toilet paper.the whole place smells awful.I would never stay there very sketchy people living on property. Horrible place needs to be tore down

The staff was very helpful when we need kitchen ware. They were very polite at check in and when we were leaving.

The room I was in smelt like fish bad

Although independently owned I am not staying at any of them after this fiasco. Absolutely disgusting.

It has a kitchen however they have no utensils zero nothing at all no ice machine bathtub was dirty had mold around the tub the whole entire first floor smelled like marijuana surprisingly it's a non-smoking Hotel staff was somewhat friendly however they were not informative at all

When we checked out, the woman there (Faye) was very nice. Check in was a little frustrating as it was late and a the woman working was talking socially with someone else - I just wanted to get in. The beds were fine but there was a window that didn't close. The bathroom counter had something gross on it and something was stuck to the room's floor - looked like old chewing gum. The towels were stained. This was only one room, I cannot speak for the rest of the hotel. But we will not be staying here ever again. I booked it because the location was good for us, but the cleanliness MUST improve.

Unclean and smelly outside and inside the property. Bath sink didn't drain. HVAC unit heat mode start triggering smoke alarm with burning.
