Hampton Inn & Suites Dayton - Vandalia

Breakfast sucked. I don’t eat American cheese. The beds were not comfortable for us. Otherwise everything was fine.

Great place for me and my family to stay

Great friendly place the breakfast was always good and this was a good stop for my family.

Safe, clean and convenient

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady that worked the breakfast staff even gave us some pointers on our visit the Air Force Aviation Museum.

Very conveniently located on restaurant row.

Quiet The room needed a table and chairs. Don’t like eating on the bed.

When I checked out the clerk said he would send an e-mail receipt the next day. I have not received a receipt yet.

The only thing that I see being a problem is the showers have no borders. I took a shower, when I finished I noticed there was standing water on the floor, had to throw a few towel down to dry it up. Other than that, the hotel and my room were very nice!

We arrived earlier than expected. Precious and her staff was very understanding and checked us in earlier than 3pm. Precious and her team show exemplary customer service and we will definitely be staying again. Thank you Precious for everything.

This was a last minute stay so it was very pricey. Hotel was very nice, check in was fast and the staff amazing. Breakfast was just ok. I wasn’t a fan of the chicken sausage but the eggs were good. The room was clean spacious. This hotel looked like it was updated in the last 2 years.

BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT AND DEBBIE WAS OUTSTANDING HOSTESS.

Clean room, very kind staff, pretty lobby and breakfast area, all others were 5-star, but breakfast was 3.5.

Let me start by saying Jalyn and Precious were nice but not willing or able to assist me. Apparently, their computer system was down and they couldn’t locate my reservation with the provided itinerary # provided by Hotels.com. As a result, they REFUSED to accommodate me with a room. I asked if they could comp the room or give me points to cover the cost to get a room at a sister property. NO. I asked them if I could get something in writing stating their cancellation of my room so I could file a claim with insurance. NO. Reason? System is down. No call to corporate or anyone who was able to assist. We booked another room in the area with a promise that someone would call and they would take care of me. NO CALL AND NO ACTION. VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTING. I’m still waiting and will revise my review if there’s a resolution. This is the second time Hilton Hotels has stolen from me.

Everyone was wonderful. I was traveling with my dog and they even treated him great. Highly highly recommended. I love Hampton Inn.

Liked my stay and can't really complain. I just wished they had a better parking lots with more spaces available. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
