Motel 6 Dayton, OH

First off the lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Had a problem with a remote to the TV and she helped right away to fix the problem. The place is right next to restuarants and stores. Does need a full makeover though. The safety latch in our room was broken off, like someone broken down the door. Elevator feels dangerous and dirty. People living there. Wouldn't be safe alone. Shower leaks and water was all over the floor when we got there. Room was rough looking. Bathroom had lipstick marks on the wall. At least the tv had lots of channels. The bed I was gonna sleep in was very damp. They didn't dry the sheets enough and put on the bed wet. Don't think I'll be staying here again.

Room was clean and the price was cheap. This is the 2nd time I've stayed here and never had a problem. Will stay again.

Leaving The mattress was wet, as in soaked through. Woken up at 4AM to someone trying to open our door. Floors were so dirty our feet were black. Slipped the key cards through the bullet proof glass in the lobby and left as fast as possible.

The room was infested with cockroaches and there was no ac or heater in there. It was just a run down motel

Property needs quite a bit of maintenance that shouldn't need to be specifically pointed out. The overworked maintenance man tried to help beyond his specific duties.

Not a damn thing We turned around and left after 2 minutes. Most disgusting hotel room I have seen in my life.

Rooms were very dirty no coffee pots microwave or little refrigerator. You have to go to the office yourself and get toilet paper. They don't replenish your towels and wash cloths if you stay a couple days. The floors made my friends socks black. No shampoo or conditioner in the Rooms. One very disappointed customer.

It was close to the University of Dayton, and the woman at the desk was very very nice and personable. Dirty, stained sheets, the ceiling was buckling, the bathroom was decaying, and I found at least two cockroaches in the hour or so that I was awake in the room. Also, there were multiple people outside screaming loudly at each other between 3 and 4 in the morning.

Heat did not work. Door lock was iffy

Was adequate for the price but would not recommend for more than an overnight stay.
