Upon arrival, no one at desk, I thought. At the counter I then saw a lady sitting down watching a computer. She remained seated and asked if she could help me. I said I’d like to check in, at which time she did stand up and check me in. No small talk, no special requests for our stay, no information about breakfast, etc. I saw a coffee machine and poured a cup. There were no lids, so asked her for a lid. She pointed to a glass door on the other side of lobby and said there should be lids in there.! Wow.

Breakfast was decent. Eggs was a little undercooked.

Honestly for the money the place is decent. Main issues were the fact that the whole property smelled like weed including the parking lot. The staff leaves a sign on the door saying the pool is out of order until someone asks. The rooms are nice if you put a towel under the door to keep the smell out. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. The best part of the stay was the breakfast buffet and all the restaurants around the hotel.

The room itself was good, clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was average, coffee machines were not working in breakfast area or lobby. Wife wanted to stay here because of hottub. When we arrived they said nothing about pool/hottub closure and just had a small signed taped on the door. What might have been a highlight after a long travel day ended up in a bust and disappointment. Halls were loud too from other guests.

Weird smell. No hot water. Awful parking lot. Very dirty room. Pool was nasty. Very milky looking and smelled

The pool water was slimy and it smelled like a damp basement. The refillable water fountain station was turned off, so guests would have no choice but to buy bottled water from the front desk. The bathroom door would not close, the faucet in the bathroom was also broken. The front desk staff did not even offer to get anything repaired or give us a different room. Extremely poorly maintained property. We will never stay here again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Great bed ,everything works, clean, no cobwebs in corners

We stayed in one room and after taking a shower, the water continued to run even after turning off so they moved us to another room. The ac unit in the closet where the bedroom is sounds like it’s about to break down so it was loud especially while we were sleeping. The vent would not close so we had to put a towel on it so that it wasn’t blowing directly on us. We checked out early but not because of anything they did and asked about a partial refund but was told no. The bathroom floors were dirty so I left My sandals on so that my feet were not dirty getting in and out of the bed. The microwave wasn’t clean and the fridge made a noise off and on that may need looking into. Otherwise, everything was “okay”. However, if we ever go back to the area, we will spend more money to stay somewhere else.

Hot tub jets did not work, pool area not maintained with limited usage hours. Rooms updated but sewer fumes from shower drains making bathrooms smell horrible. Front desk staff listened to complaints but did not seem to care much. Had to switch rooms due to leaking window from moderate rain storm with same complaint on shower drain issue. Breakfast was basic continental as expected.

Rooms were recently redone... unfortunately the hallway and doors were not. But overall it was great, staff was nice, free parking and breakfast

Very well maintained hotel, room was very spacious and comfortable.

Very clean property very thorough with amenities breakfast daily was excellent I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling

They was rude waste of money didn't even stay 2 hours and left not friendly wouldn't let our service dog be there

Excellent location very close to many, many restaurants. Also scene 75 is a 5 minute drive. I would stay again

Missing/broken drain in shower, air conditioner held together with tape, stains on comforter, pool area and stairwell full of garbage, extreme amounts of water on hallway floors

I did not like that the pool was not working.
