The young lady at the front desk was so nice The room had dirty sheets and the bathrooms wasn’t cleaned and due to this I requested a new room - and the next room I got had roaches. I have the video if anyone wants to see it. Absolutely awful!

Room was clean and was smelling fresh. Despite all the reviews, I found the room and staff very hospitable and accommodating. It was quiet and peaceful. Staffs working there is down to earth and very professional. Great management overall.

Even for a Red Roof, the room was pretty bad. Abysmal and stained old mattress, walls and appliances falling apart. Stains on the curtains, doors that looked like either a dog tore them apart or there was a murder. I slept in my clothes on top of the sheets.

Roaches and bedbugs in my room. Staff was friendly and relocated me to a different room, but that new room had one roach I killed and a fake nail on the floor that hadn’t been vacuumed. I just sucked it up and slept because I was way too tired from getting in after midnight but I felt disgusting staying there.

Lights were dim, probably to hide all the damages. You had to step in the tub to close the bathroom door. Everything stank of Marijuana. Neighborhood left a lot to be desired as well. Cheap enough to stay there to offset the downsides a little.

The room smelled like smoke and it looked like there was mold/mildew in the bathroom. The bedding was new, though, and the AC worked well. The bedding was just a sheet set and a VERY thin topper. It would have been nice to have an actual blanket. It was functional enough for us to sleep on a long road trip, I guess.
