Knights Inn Dayton at Poe Ave

Roach infestation in room 163. I am currently still in and they won't move me. I tried cleaning and bleaching myself the day after I was here and they defeated me. Covers are dirty and itchy. Carpet is moist which brings bugs. I tried to tell them on multiple occasions that I'm not comfortable and showed them multiple pictures of the live roaches and they simply ignored me and still hasn't changed rooms. I have a child in the room by the way. We can't sleep comfortable because the odor and bugs crawling on the beds. Mold and mildew growing in the rooms, shower curtain, hallway ceilings. I am tight on funds so I can't just leave. Just want comfort.

Overall it was pretty good, tv could use an update tho. Worth the price

The room was stained and not clean. The air conditioning was broken making the room humid.

The staff is is foreign and rud I m in wheelchair with service dog and I have one leg paid 120 dollars 2 nights she made me pay 15 dollars for something idk then calls me later saying I owe 15 for second person when that's what I rented it for on Expedia when I told her that then I owed for my service dog 15 mind you I have stayed there a lot of times they never charged me for my dog when I went down there all I had was 10 to my name she wouldn't take it and proceeded to trespass me from property and didn't get to stay my 2nd night and won't refund my money and expid apparently approves of this cuz they say they can't help

If I could leave zero stars I would. First impression wasn’t the best but I could look past the guy getting a hair cut in the parking lot. What I can’t get past is the mold all over the bathroom ceiling and bed bugs. Asked for a refund because we sure as heck were not staying and they only wanted to move us to another room. I wanted a refund because I’m not risking bringing bedbugs home to my children. They fought me on a refund and said I would have it in 24 hours and now I have to wait till Tuesday.

Old lady can't speak English and is always changing the rules likes to play that trespassing card if you don't do what she says no guest allowed

I never even end up getting to stay there because their service and customer service sucks

Location and price The bathrooms could be a little cleaner and the Jets on the tubs should be able to work and something that you could buy there to eat would be good besides candy and candy bars

They allow pets & the pet fee is manageable. Its a cheap hotel and I didn't expect much. But the staff is absolutely unprofessional at best. I suggest you do not prepay for more than one day at a time or they will find a way to take your money. I booked a room for multiple days and was told I still had to check out at 11 every day, and check back in at 3, or pay early check in fees. I have never heard of this in my life! But you either pay the fees or lose your money. Because youre not getting a refund! There is also a $20 deposit for non-smoking rooms. But the rooms still smells like smoke, and very unfresh from the start! So when you check out they say it smells like smoke and keep the deposit. I've watched them do this to several guests now. After all they ways they get you for extra charges you might as well spend that money on a nicer hotel.

Nothing The lien was dirty had to look a few rooms before settling in also caught pink eye from them not fully cleaning the rooms also didn’t get my deposit money back for a smoking room had to pay extra money when I signed up for a smoking room

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! It was honestly a great stay the only thing that kind of sucked was that our window didn’t lock and the ice machine wasn’t working
