Price too high for a place that has no microwave in rooms no extra towels ,been here since Tuesday today Saturday paid another day ,just not a good price .

It was a nice stay and they were very friendly. But the parking sucked it was mostly on a hill and was hard to walk being disabled

They had roaches it stink so bad. Couldn't use the ice maker because of bugs. And the microwave was nasty. I had to pay 20 dollars extra each night because I was staying again. They wanted me to check out at 11 and check back in at 3 if I didn't then they charged me 20 bucks.

Nothing at all tried to get a refund before I checked in and was told I had to pay an extra deposit. The place is filthy the staff are scammers who will do anything to charge you extra. The rooms are not equipped with clean or sufficient amenities.

Absolutely nothing Roaches in the fridge and roaches in bathroom and floors were very dirty

this place is so dang old it had roach hotels in the rooms it had dead roaches in the drawer the tub and everything was falling apart it's just disgusting

Very disappointing experience. The room was in unacceptable condition and was clearly not properly cleaned. There was feces and used toilet paper in the bathroom, the furniture was very dirty, and the comforter on the bed was also dirty. I was so disgusted that I could not stay in the room and had to leave and find another hotel late at night. I understand that the reservation was listed as non-refundable, but I do not believe a non-refundable policy should apply when a room is not in basic sanitary and hygienic condition. I did not take pictures because I was so disgusted that I just wanted to get out of there. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. The cleanliness standards need serious improvement. I'm homeless so it wasn't that bad till I saw a mouse..lol I'm at the shelter now...

I discovered roaches in my room, and between sheets of the bed. As I was about to go to the front desk I saw a mouse run along the bottom of the wall. I understand it's inexpensive, but definitely didn't expect that. Staff was very unhelpful with solving the problem, other than a mouse trap. I checked out early, and hoping to get a refund on the time I wasn't there. Ended up checking out and having to rework my trip due to this

Not to mention patrolling was excessive even if the area is shady. The staff is more shady for running occupants IDs for local law enforcement to arrest unsuspecting visitors.
