I stayed there 2vyears ago and was very happy. This trip was terrible. Room was clean but the bed was lumpy and I woke first morning in pain. Remainder of my stay, I was bedridden from pain. I was going to pitch a tent but thought I'd enjoy my stay more being in a bed. Next trip going back to tent. Paid good money for a piss poor bed.

Lady doing breakfast was very friendly and breakfast was good. Good location with the trolley stop outside. Casino was good with free wine Reception staff quite abrupt. Asked if I spoke english. I'm from England he had my passport???

The only thing was the pool water was cloudy and in need of a better filter and/or a refill with new water.

The location was great and easy to get to The stairs are difficult with luggage. The breakfast was not good. I think this could easily be improved

The desk clerk was extremely helpful trying to get the reservation straightened out because even though my credit card company said payment was approved the system said my card was denied. When I called booking.com all I could get was AI which was not helpful.If not for the clerk going the extra mile we would have not had a place to stay Cleanliness
