The room I was assigned needs renovation. The blackout shades were electronic, but broken and would not raise at all. I was really looking forward to the view of the harbor, that's why I booked this hotel. The furniture was stained; there was mold in & around the bathtub, light bulbs missing, just needs a complete overhaul. The staff was very helpful and was able to move me to another room on the second day of my stay. The breakfast was ok but the eggs were dried out and the biscuits were hard. Fresh chopped fruit would be a nice addition. Also went to the pool and it was nice. Again the staff was very helpful, but I would not stay here again until it is renovated.

Upon entering our room we found that the blinds would not work so we couldn’t raise them. When we tried to call down to the front desk the phone didn’t work. Went down and the front desk lady said she was just going to upgrade us and not charge us a fee for the upgrade. Got in our new room and the smell was bad, the sofa was stained so bad we wouldn’t sit on it, the carpet was very stained and the smoke alarm kept chirping on and off throughout the night. The only good thing was the bed was clean and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the kitchenette was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was quiet and well-maintained. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the convenient location. I would definitely stay here again. I didn’t have any major issues during my stay. Everything met my expectations.

The hotel itself was nice, the bed was fairly uncomfortable and definitely hard as rock. Breakfast was sort of mediocre and there was nothing worth eating.

The rooms were very large with a full size frig and sitting area. Nothing, it was great!

Wife got sick during this trip. The staff was doing anything they could to help. Had to go to the front desk during the night to get extra bed sheets two nights in a row. I can not say enough on how good the staff was.

Location and the bed was comfortable The bathroom door when closed looked super dirty and black even. The air conditioner was very loud and the chairs had stains on them and the arm of the chair was ripped. Looks like its ready for a remodel soon.
