Old property and not that clean

The room was smoking and the place smelled of Marijuana.

Nothing The smell. The cleanliness. There were stains on the sheets and covers. There was no bathroom door knob.

Proximity to highway There was a very strong moldy smell in the room

The area of the hotel. The carpet smelled bad, the room had ants in it and for the conditions of the room, it was over priced.

Very basic breakfast. Room was clean.

I asked for Non-smoking and confirmed non-smoking. But they gave me smoking room. Absolutely disgusting place. 3rd world unclean hotel. Do not recommend. Boogers on floor and wall. Torn carpeting. Cigarette burns. Sleep dressed. Sheets and blankets stained.

Close to the family that was being visited. It was relatively old and it showed in the bathtub. The first room they gave us the TV was broken. They changed us to another room in that room the sink drain had a problem, it drained directly on the floor. Didn’t notice it until my son went to the bathroom and the carpet was wet. We put the ice bucket down there to catch the water. Reported it to the front desk person, she said l’ll try to get maintenance up there. No one came. I do have to say the bed was comfortable and the front desk lady was kind and friendly.

Room was clean the saff was friendly the parking was good. Just wish there was better choices for breakfast.

Our reservation was a last second error, while trying to register for a stay in Decatur, Indiana. Expedia staff tried repeatedly tried to correct this error, but staff at Decatur Illinois never responded. We eventually were charged for a hotel stay we never made

The place is a dive

The place was nasty. Strong Odors ( cigarette and dirty feet). Staff was very nice! However, was very cheap.

Didn't eat it wasn't ready when I left The smell

The room was clean but the lampshade was missing. Wish there were more plastic cups. Only had one. The soap dispenser in shower were running low

To start with, the clerk at check in was bored. While she was polite, it was obvious that she would have preferred to be someplace else. When I checked into my room, I noticed there were no coat hangers on the rack. While I didn't really mind, because I didn't need them, to me it was a basic sign of neglect. The next thing I noticed was that the TV didn't work. The only response to my call was to have me unplug it and plug it back in. When I called back to say that didn't work, the call went to voice mail and no one bothered to return my call. And finally, the toilet seat was loose. When I checked it, I noticed that whoever purchased the seat purchased the wrong size. It was way to big for the toilet. Given the response to my problem with the TV, I didn't report it. Nor did I report the problems to the desk clerk at checkout. He was very nice and quite friendly, but since it was almost the end of his shift, I felt reasonably certain that my complanits probably wouldn't have been noted.

Desk staff was exceptional ? No iron & board in room

The beds and the ladies that work the front desk I asked two days in a row for my sheets to changed. On the 3 day I had the lady at the front desk to call the manager I asked to make sure my sheets was changed,he told her to give me some sheets and I can change em myself. Whoever is responsible for housekeeping needs to be fired. They half ass clean. That notification about be concerned about being concerned about Covid was bull.

Very welcoming, the gal that helped us when we arrived was exceptional!

Only issue was noise level from room above me...very disruptive overnight. Overall a comfortable and decent place to stay.

Furniture in the room in poor condition. Table looked like it had been in a house fire. If you are just looking for a place to sleep the night this will do, but no more than that. Marijuana smell in the lobby and hallways doesn't help.
