Comfort Inn Oceanside Deerfield Beach

Clean room. Comfortable beds, friendly staff. Location is a plus.

-Pee stains on the mattress under the covers -Unkept landscaping - far from pictures ....almost unrecognizable especially the back patio. -Pool area- dirty old worn chairs. -Facilities had popcorn ceilings with little blackholes (possible termites) -Poor customer service from management -Extremely loud ice machine in the halls. The Good -Air conditioning was good -Distance from the beach was wonderful -They serve real eggs at breakfast -Parking was a decent price -Front desk reps were pleasant.

I was on the fifth floor and I had no water pressure or hot water to take a shower… I was very unhappy about that… The breakfast was OK… There really wasn’t a bar was just a hole in the wall, which was kind of deceiving… The pool area wasn’t very inviting… Wasn’t very well maintained just look like that was the only part of the property that wasn’t very well maintained… They had a sitting area in the back, but it wasn’t undercover so when it rained everything got wet… I’m not sure I would stay there again… Most places did not charge for parking but they did

Horrible place to stay. The absolute worst. Staff is useless, everything is broken….. only one working ice machine for 6 floors, bathroom toilet broken, shower never got HOT, room smelled like stale cigars. Parking is really bad…. Just a bad place to stay- run away.

Bedding and towels smelled old dingy

Sense of security at all, as soon as I arrived I asked to cancel for feeling unsafe but was met by a firm NO!!! From both the hotel and Hotels.com . Not one person would help it was terrible

The carpet los old and is not clean, dark but also not in good condition

Ice Cream shop was on the premises! Every single ice machine was on every floor with the one on my floor barely working so every guest came back and forth to my floor for ice for 3 days straight. Then I heard someone filling up buckets of ice and when I asked him what he was doing, he said he worked here and not to worry about it!! I said this floor barely makes ice and I would like some for my self since the entire hotel is using ONE Broken ice machine. I asked him why he wasn't on the other floors FIXING the other ice machines if HE works HERE?? VERY RUDE DUDE!

I met some of the most hardworking staff here. Their continued dedication to excellent customer service is impressive. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.

WIFI didn't working at swimming pool area

The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean, and the air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated in the Florida heat. I also liked having a mini fridge and microwave in the room for convenience. The pool area was a nice place to swim and relax, and the beautiful mural added a fun touch to the atmosphere. The main downside was that the property appeared a little dirty in some areas and could benefit from general maintenance and repairs. While nothing major impacted my stay, the hotel would be even better with some updates and improved upkeep. Overall, the friendly staff, comfortable room, and relaxing pool made for a good stay, and I would consider staying here again

We regret to inform the crew that the building must be exterminated because we found cockroaches twice inside the room where we were spending five days sleeping in the hotel. We had to inspect our luggages thoroughly outside of our house, before taking them inside of our rooms! Fortunately we didn’t find yet any cockroach inside of our carrying bags. We hope there is none hiding in our bags, because it cost a lot to get read of them.
