Great ocean view and beach access. Excellent customer service all around. Including front desk, valet parking and restaurant staff. Beach access and ocean view.

So the ice cream place which was the lobby secondary place to get food had no ice cream.

The location and rooms are outstanding. Some but not all of the staff were uninspiring, such as the guy on the check in who was in charge of the vehicles. He was miserable and insisted on moving the car as soon as we got out, despite needing to take our luggage out. Worse experience when staying at the hotel ever.

I stay every year for my birthday and I will continue to stay there. I have never had a negative experience.

Great location! Right across from the beach and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. Very convenient and easy to get around.

I pretty much liked everything about this property. The room was large and clean. I would have preferred if the room had a microwave. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Three meals a day is great. The turn around time for receiving the meals was awesome. The only thing I didn't like about the trip was the amount of seaweed in the ocean, but that is nature so I'm not blaming the hotel for that.

Beach front property! Extremely impressed with the property and the amenities. Housekeeping was the best! My son ended up getting sick and they were so helpful and thoroughly cleaned/replaced everything! Can’t wait to stay again!

The air conditioner in our room sounded like a washer and dryer all night. We had no tv. There was no signal

Nice view of the pool and staff very friendly beach was right across the street as was the fishing pier room was very clean.
