I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin Airport East by IHG. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of fresh options and was a great way to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their excellent customer service made my stay even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Austin area.

The location was close to the airport which was handy, but the carpet in the room was sticky. Our feet and socks were sticking to it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was quick and easy to get. The entire place from the lobby to our room smelled newly renovated and brand new. Breakfast had a great selection. The pool was great. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and the breakfast was delicious. There was a lot of variety. Additionally, Asiah at the front desk was really helpful and friendly. We’d definitely stay here again!

The room and beds were very comfortable. However, there were people above us stomping/jumping around and it woke my mom and I up throughout the night. Also, there were people running down the hallway as well. Still, I would recommend this place due to how nice the room was and how convenient it was.

Great place to stay at if you're looking for something affordable and comfortable. Aesthetically pleasing, the AC is phenomenal (even better at night), and the beds are SO cozy. Their breakfast spread was delicious and I love how they offer 24/7 coffee in the common area. Close to the airport and downtown!

we had no issues with the hotel it was the people on the room on top of us that kept jumps and stomping on the floor which didn't allow us to sleep. we did call front desk to complain and they called them but they didnt stop which didnt allow us to sleep and enjoy our stay.

The room was perfect. The staff were kind and helpful. Suggestion: add local restaurant/delivery options.
