Amazing trip! The location of this hotel was so convenient to the airport and to the city. The front desk people were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property was very well maintained and clean. Quiet. We will stay there again for sure!

Only minor issue was that our room for 4 wasn't stocked with enough bath towels (we only had 2 at the start of our stay), but the staff quickly provided more when we asked. The AC was a little too loud for my preference.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin Airport East by IHG. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of fresh options and was a great way to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their excellent customer service made my stay even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Austin area.

Very clean and quiet The pillows do not hold their shape, just bring your own or stack them. The fridge was not very cold.
