The staff was GREAT! The first room I was given had absolutely no window covering, no hanging fixtures in the bathroom on which to put towels, and one of the lamps was missing a bulb. I could not go without a window covering (for one, I'm very sensitive to light when I sleep), so I let the front desk know and she was able to move me. The next room all the lights worked and there were window coverings, places to hang hang towels. My only complaint about this room was that the shampoo was out in the shower and there was no body wash (luckily I took the Dove bar provided into the shower because I pretty to wash my face with that). I know they're working on remodeling (the elevator really needs a refresh, which I'm sure they'll get to it); however, I think it's important to pay attention to detail when remodeling to ensure things like window coverings aren't missed. Give them a few months and I'm sure it will be better. Again, the staff was great

What I liked about this stay is that it served its purpose for what I was looking for. I've never been to Austin prior to this stay and wanted a hotel close to the airport to cut down on travel time to the airport and unfamiliarity with the area getting to the airport. I cant think of anything that I didnt like about the hotel or my stay.

Room was just ok, nothing fancy, not even water in the mini fridge. Airport is closeby, this is a positive. Breakfast was bad. The only coffee machine in the room is not working and you have to go to the reception for coffee. When I questioned the receptionist why wasnt the coffee machine fixed she gave ma a very bad response, in aggressive tone and simply covering herself. Do not plan on returning to stay nor recommend this hotel to anybody.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the fact that cookies were available, the rooms were clean & quite & comfortable, that there were places to sit & a desk to write, a big comfy king sized bed with plenty of pillows, a working microwave & refrigerator, good quality soap & conditioner & lotions, very convenient to the airport . . . everything that could be wanted in a short stay accommodation. A pool or recreation room would be nice, but not entirely expected given the location.

Overall I will stay at this hotel in the future.

I was thoroughly impressed with the size of the room and no strange swells in my room. It was quite at night and no bugs I saw ?? Nothing. You offered breakfast. All amenities were found in my room in good working condition. I had unlimited coffee and fresh cookies. Ample towels and a nice cool room. God willing I will visit again :-)

Breakfast was great! Eggs delicious & sausage very tasty. All warm and plenty! Lighting-one of lamps busted. It was darker in sitting area. It was noisy by our windows being so close to freeway. Room & building looked recently updated with paint & fixtures. Maybe if room had more panels for sound. Otherwise, it was extremely clean and very very happy for the price! Staff was extremely lovely and accommodating since we were extending our check out time. Thank you for pleasant experience.

The front desk Gracie and the house keeping Lety were very helpful and nice to me with my issue in my room. My ac wasnt working and they moved me to another room and the room was super clean and clean sheets. The breakfast could have been better but its not a deal braker.
