I travel to milwaukee once a month and this is on the outskirt, where I can stay. So it's more convenient to go into milwaukee

The pool was nice but too much chlorine. Breakfast was awful. Coffee was cold, no hot water for tea, eggs were old and dried out and cold, potatoes were cold and stale, sausage was overcooked, nothing was seasoned. The breakfast room did. Or have any coffee or hot water for tea. We were there about 7:30 am for breakfast. They only brought out new food and coffee after I brought it to their attention. Checking in I had to wait 10 minutes as no one was at the front desk as no one was at the front desk during breakfast for about 10 minutes as well. The toilet was loose in the room. The beds were hard and very uncomfortable.

Oh, the sauna doesn’t work. The entire pool area smells musty and looks dirty. Pool area definitely does not look like the photos.

The beds The hot tub wasn't working the desk clerks reply was it's hot. Garbage overflowing outside, dirty doors and windows.

Location No elevator. Worst coffee ever tasted. Often out. Terribly diluted.

The sheets were damp, we didn’t even stay for more than an hour the room was so gross and the room had a musty smell

The room had blood splatter on the carpet and one on the bathroom wall. The pillow cases and blankets had what looked to be makeup or some other type of smudges on them in places.

Hot tub jets didnt work ice machine was out of order, but you could get ice by going to front desk and requesting it.
