Close drive to Milwaukee. Pool was cold. Hot tub was hot. Towels available. Quick check in. As we walked into the room ac was on it was freezing. We had to turn on heat to get it comfortable. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Olive Garden next door. Small breakfast room but breakfast was good. Front Desk staff was friendly.

Staff were very friendly! Air conditioning worked great on a really hot day!! Bed was really comfy.

The hair dryer in our room didn’t work and there were a pair of shorts left in a drawer but otherwise everything was good. They actually have a nice breakfast that’s included. Parking lot was full but it was very quiet.

I only stayed one night here but everything was clean, no bad smells, staff was polite, and breakfast was good. I arrived late and someone was right at the front desk to help. There’s nothing more annoying than arriving late at a hotel and spending a half hour trying to find someone to check you in. It was the best night sleep I’ve got in a month so Thank You!

The room was clean, grandson loved the pool and the breakfast was great

Breakfast was OK. No information booklet in room, such as TV channel listing, restaurants that are near, etc. Had noisy neighbors in the room above me. Breakfast food was warm but not hot

Amazing staff, great location

The rooms were clean, however, the ac stayed running all the time no matter what we set it at. If we set it at 72, the air was hot. If we set it at 70, it ran all night long. The toilet needed to be tightened. Every time you sat down, the bowl rocked. The comforter needs to be washed as there were stains. The TV, while new(so we were told)was not completely set up. We could not access any streaming services with our log in. Being on the 1st floor, the window should have a safety lock. The swimming area was clean, but we always had to ask for towels. Kids were driving into the pool, no parent and no employee checking.The jets in the swimming pool were not active, so not sure the chlorine was really doing anything. We asked for soap in the pool bathroom on the 1st day, no soap when we checked out on day 4. The breakfast area was kind of lax in many things. Coffee creamer was out(told no more). The same breakfast for 4 days. Made us feel like it was being reheated. Burnt biscuits for the gravy. 2% milk was sour. The coffee area in the lobby needs to be cleaned and coffee pots cleaned out. No gloves on employees refilling food. The door off the parking lot(not main lobby) is not locked for safety. The door into the pool is not locked for children's safety. Employees were very helpful when asked.

The hotel is not great at all. Dark and kind of dirty. Both the sink and tub didn’t drain. When we told them the toilet was backed up (as was everything else) the guy literally brought me a plunger in a plastic grocery bag with human waste all over the plunger. Handed it to me and practically ran away. There was a little bit of blood on the comforter. Other than that the sheets were clean. That’s about all I can say. We didn’t eat the breakfast so I’m not sure about the quality of the food.

Nice bathroom and shower. We did not use the pool but it appeared nice and well kept. Hot tub was under construction on our visit this time. Staff was helpful and available. Did not have breakfast so I can not comment. Only had coffee and it was good. Surrounding area very nice with restaurants and stores close by. Will stay again when in the area.

No working hottub which was the main reason we picked this one. And the room was not clean. Fresh still wet stains on the floor, dirty towel in bathroom, and last guest dirty clothes found in the drawer, and door peep hole plugwith paper. They did move us with no issues, but next room had missing security lock and damaged refrigerator, as well as the same issue with door.

Been staying at this hotel for the past 5 years when I visit Wisconsin. I was surprised on my recent arrival. The property has gone through a complete renovation and looks fantastic. It isn't essential to me but the pool and or whirlpool always seem to be under construction or being fixed.
