Honestly, this is one of the nicer hotels. I’ve stayed in in a while… And I’ve traveled nationally and internationally. I was really impressed.

The person checking us in Check was very friendly and promptly had us on our way to the room. Breakfast was included and we were pleasantly surprised with their great selection, including freshly made pancakes in-less than a minute, not to mention the coffee was very good. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn and would definitely stay here again.

I have very little complaints about this hotel. It was by far one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at in a long time. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good, and the lobby was perfect for our group to gather in. One semi-negative thing I can say is that the shampoo and conditioner seemed a little thin/watery. Overall, we had a great experience and we will definitely stay there again if we go back to visit.

I was efficiently checked in. The community tables served me well as I held a mini family reunion with photo albums and a laptop so we spread out comfortably. Upon check out the fellow was snippy about giving me my requested receipt and when I asked him about how hard it was raining he made a snide comment “ How would I know, I’m back in a windowless office. “. He was not serving any other people so he could have been more customer service oriented.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast options were excellent! The only downside was the freeway noise from I94, but that lessened throughout the night.

I stayed at other hotels in the immediate area and this facility by far is first class in everything plus you're within walking distance to great clothes, shopping grocery store, fast food, sit down dining and it's clean
