Opal Grand Oceanfront Resort & Spa

Very nice hotel, close to the beach and a lot of restaurants. Great staff, very good breakfast. The room was not very clean and I had to ask for some clean bed sheets because it had a stain on it. Overall it was a nice stay.

It meets all requirements that a family would need plus. I usually stay at top shelf hotels always breakers and yacht clubs. I was pleasantly surprised and would go back

Our stay at the Opal Grand was completely unacceptable and nowhere near the luxury experience the hotel advertises. At approximately 12:30 a.m., we found two large cockroaches inside our room. We were able to kill and photograph one, while the other escaped and could not be located. We were traveling with a toddler who plays on the floor and a newborn sleeping in a low Pack ’n Play, so this was not a minor inconvenience—it was a serious sanitation concern. Our luggage was open on the floor because the room did not provide adequate luggage stands. Once the second cockroach disappeared, we had to empty our luggage, inspect every item and repack everything to make sure we did not bring roaches home with us. This caused anxiety throughout our family and wasted a significant portion of our stay. The hotel offered to move us to another room, but this happened after midnight when both children were already asleep. I also had to leave at 7:30 a.m. for an early business meeting in Miami. Waking a toddler and newborn, packing the entire room and relocating in the middle of the night was not a reasonable solution. What made the situation worse was management’s response. Their only compensation was an offer to waive approximately $130 in resort fees. That was completely disproportionate to what occurred. Waiving resort fees does not compensate for multiple large cockroaches in a guest room, lost sleep, the time spent inspecting and repacking our belongings, or the anxiety

We were so disappointed because it was the main reason to pay for higher rates at an ocean front hotel to enjoy the beach . of the 4 days we were day , we did not go once to the beach

I do wish the hotel would offer breakfast with the rooms.. but there is a coffee machine in all rooms. The cleanness of the pool area and facilities was wonderful and again the staff at the pool were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was so festive for the 4th July and loved the attention to detail on both decorations and security. Its a perfect little walk to downtown Delray where there is restaurants and beach stores along with top line designer stores.

It was OK but overpriced.

We loved our stay. Perfect for families or couples. We especially loved Jody at breakfast. What a true gem she was!

The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Frantz for all of your assistance and hospitality, it truly made a difference. I also highly recommend dining at Drift, the hotel’s main restaurant, as well as Elevate, the rooftop bar and restaurant. Both offered delicious food, excellent cocktails, and outstanding service. The pool area was spotless, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The pool bar served fantastic food and drinks, making it the perfect place to unwind. Ashley, my server, was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations that enhanced my experience. I was especially impressed with the Fourth of July celebration at Elevate. The atmosphere, views, food, and entertainment made for a memorable evening, and Brandon, our server, was pleasant, professional, and provided excellent service. Overall, this was an unforgettable stay, and I highly recommend Opal Grand Resort & Spa to anyone visiting Delray Beach. I look forward to returning in the future!

Un hotel muy bonito . Muy bueno el servicio de cada uno de los empleados . El desayuno bueno . Lo único es que el hotel no tiene sombrillas ni sillas en la playa, hay que pagarlas . Pero por el resto un hotel bien bonito

The staff were amazing. Abby, Annie, Ashley, Ricky and Jodi was incredible

The employees are all great, and although we usually do not choose valet parking, they were excellent with bringing up the car with a phone call. This hotel chain realizes that the customer has a long memory, and service is the name of the game. Thank you Opal!
