The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. The only complaint was the parking after 5:00 p.m. gas are charged $20 for parking. Was inconvenient for me and caused me to have to find alternate parking. I'm on the street off hotel property

Lola at check-in was extremely gracious and welcome to me as a gold member. Fabulous breakfast! Hot items, homemade oatmeal, and waffle station. The location was great because you could walk to many restaurants, bars, gelato, and ice cream places. The room was clean and just what we needed after our 12 Hour drive.

Very nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Love the bathroom that featured a walk-in shower and shower door instead of a bathtub shower with shower curtain. Also, the bathroom mirror didn't get steamed up from the shower. It would have been nice if the shower head was handheld, but the one that it had was acceptable. This hotel would have gotten an all-around excellent grade however I did not like that I was surprised to find out when checking in that parking was extra. I don't remember that being mentioned in any of the literature. I consider that $20 per day plus service charge plus tax for parking a bit on the exorbitant side. That and the fact that support posts on the sides of the super narrow parking spots prohibit you from getting out of your car once parked.

The only thing I didn’t like was paying for parking!

The only comment I have was there was no hand sanitizer or wipes in the exercise room. Other than that everything was very clean.

The room itself was dirty. Shower was disgusting has hair in it. Towels were stained and not white. Even the elevators were dirty and oil soaked. I will never go back.

Location Breakfast was ok. Room bathroom smelled like urine. Carpets in hallway dirty. Need replaced with tile. Curtains in lobby dirty. Remove and just tint windows. Pool furniture needs replacement should not charge for parking per night.

Great service and very nice location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were decent. No bar, we wanted a drink on Saturday and no bar.

Clean room in a good location to visit most of the attractions. Parking is expensive but easier than trying to park in the streets of the venues.

I always stay at this hotel when in town. Just crazy we must pay for parking. Also if you come in Late at night your lucky to get a spot downstairs.
