Hyatt Place Delray Beach

On the 4th of July hotel spaces were taken by Non-Guests. We had no place to park and when this was brought up to the staff their response was well credit you for 1 nightly rate. Going forward I’d hire parking attends to enforce Parking for Hotel guests Only

Perfectly close to nightlife. You can walk to the beach. We walked there but took a very inexpensive Uber back due to heat.

$25 for parking is outrageous

The location in Delray is so cool, all the shops and restaurants are right there, literally within a minutes walk. Another unexpected amazing feature of this area is the free transportation. If you want to go to the beach, or a nearby shop and don't feel like walking, Delray has Freebee, a transportation service, you can download the app, it's so easy and convenient. Tipping your Freebee driving is not expected but this service is so good, you'll want to keep a bit of cash handy to take care of these wonderful drivers. What stood about the most was the staff at the hotel. They were always available for any questions we had. I'm not just saying this, i can not wait to come back to the Hyatt at Delray. everything was perfect here.

Overall value was excellent. Sadly, over the years, the quality and service at many hotels has deteriorated. My wife and I were very impressed with the high standards still maintained by the Hyatt. Parking should be included in the rate.

Staff were nice. Parking was great. Gym was underwhelming. Other than that. Great location.

We asked for our bathroom fan to be fixed and the body wash to be refilled the first morning and neither were dressed the full nights we were there, nor did anyone follow-up with us. Pool was not the cleanest and pool towels were threadbare and stained.

Great place to stay overall. Comfortable room, nice pool, friendly staff, safe, free breakfast, nice bar, and convenient location to downtown Delray Beach. Not a far drive to West Palm, Boca Raton, and Ft. Lauderdale. Parking available for a daily fee.

A card or list of near by restaurants in the lobby or rooms would be helpful. Bar should stay open a little longer

A very nice hotel, modern, clean with good size rooms and excellent facilities. We had a fabulous time.

The room would not get cool and we had a terrible sleep. The next morning when checking out I advised them of this and they said that a manager would contact me back. The next day, I hadn’t heard back, so I called. I was told again that a manager would call me back. That was five days ago and no one has reached out.

The room was dirty, with hair in the shower and sticky stains on the floor. I asked the staff to address the issues, and the front desk said the Head of Housekeeping would be notified. When we returned to the room, the same issues were still there, not cleaned at all. It also smelled like wet dog our entire stay. The breakfast does not live up to the hype, with pretty average offerings, and they were the same every day for 5 days. The front desk staff were unable to confirm the best way to get to the beach, which is quite sad, as this location touts itself as a "short walk" to get there. We figured it out, though. Do not believe all the reviews you read for this hotel; some must have been given benefits for writing them, as this place was lackluster and underwhelming from start to finish.
