I selected this hotel becuase of some of the amenities, including the roof top terrace and bar. Unfortunately, roof top terrace and bar were closed due to renovations. Also, lobby bar was closed both nights due to private events. :(

Lobby smelled nice WHEN YOU PLAN TO JACKHAMMER ON THE ROOF AT 8AM YOU NEED TO LET YOUR GUESTS KNOW AHEAD OF TIME!!!!! THE SLEEP WAS HORIBLE!

Hotel was nice great location staff was friendly. The negative was the rooftop was under construction when arrived and there was no warning until after checked in, did not provide anything or offer anything to make it better, did not take off any resort fees or give anything complimentary. Came all way from NY and was looking forward to rooftop. Other then that enjoyed stay and hotel was very nice

Had to change rooms cause towels where raggedy and bed squeaked. New room was better. Staff never replenished soars or coffee when cleaning the room.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint was around uncertainty around the cleanliness of my room floors which felt a bit sticking. Beyond that, I highly recommend this hotel.
