They initially had me go into a room that was occupied. Went back to desk and they gave me another room. Entry light was out and I reported it. No one fixed it and the next light was mid room. The remote was low on battery but I was too tired to go back to the desk. Tub was stained .

Comfortable beds, fresh towels and nice hot breakfast. The room was very hot when we first arrived but it eventually cooled off.

When we booked a 2 night stay we had no idea that there would be no hot water. 2 days no shower was not worth the price. Had I known we would have paid more for another hotel.

The hotels staff was nice. I book this hotel using The hotels.com app. When I arrived I was informed that my reservation was cancelled by the hotels app and there was nothing they could do, it was 11:30 pm, I had driven 13 hours and was ready to go to bed. Luckily they still had rooms, I had to book the rooms and pay again as I already had previously paid to the app.

No running hot water in entire hotel, toaster was broken! And room was ok ish

Everything was great except the barhroom in my room was not as clean as it could be. The staff was very professional.

The location was great, the facilities were clean, and the staff was polite. The bed was a board, the Jacuzzi needed a vacuum, and the pool was cloudy. No hot water for showers

We stayed here mostly because of the pool. However, the water was very cloudy, didn’t think too much of it, but once I got in I noticed the flooring felt a bit odd. It felt like it was walking on bubble wrap. The deeper I got in the pool the more bubbles I felt. I wasn’t sure what it was a first until I was able to grab something from the bottom, (it was loose and floating, I didn’t rip it out) and it was a big paint chip. I got my kids out and notified the staff. They informed me they had just repainted the pool about a month prior and that “the locals go in sometimes and must have messed it up”

There is nothing special about this hotel. Super basic in all regards. It is probably the nicest hotel in Deming. It was quiet and comfortable which is all we needed.

Pretty sure our bathroom was not cleaned. The shower curtain was never changed and was crusty from soap scum. It was so disgusting that we decided we were better off not showering.

This hotel was amazing, I would 100% stay here again. The staff were kind, the breakfast was delicious, the location was perfect, the pool was just right, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was spacious. The whole hotel was clean and well kept. Parking was easy and close to everything.
