When they double charged me I did get the money back fairly quickly. The desk agent was friendly. I reserved through booking.com. When I called the property to pay the pet deposit I was charged again for the entire stay. I reserved a queen room. When I arrived I was given 2 full beds and was told they were sold out of rooms. My spouse and I had to sleep in separate beds. The air conditioning barely worked. It was set to 65 and never got below 74. The curtains did not cover the whole window. When we went to breakfast in the hotel, I drank spoiled milk from the breakfast bar.

Manager was super nice and helpful with everything we needed. Our room was only accessible from the lobby which made us feel safe. But the BEST part was the complimentary breakfast. The staff that was in the kitchen was very friendly and made a fresh Belgian waffle for my daughter that was to die for. Would absolutely come back despite the dated rooms.

The ai generated pictures How I has a room given to me which was not clean, dead and alive bugs big pieces of crumbs on the floor and in the cabinet and drawers.

The AI generated pictures did this well. I did not like how dirty it was in the area, my room was filthy. There was dead bugs and not just one or two. Multiple dead bugs around the room including in drawers and in the cabinets. It was the worst place. I was afraid to check for bed bugs as their where so many other dead ones around the room. There was living bugs and bugs that where eating the food on the floor. Worst place ever. I left the location and went to another. The manager did. It contact me and I had reached out numerous times. I feel bad for the girl answering the phone as she was having to deal with my frustration

Some sort of remodel has been attempted. Bed clean and semi comfortable. Probably won't stay again. Many construction workers there at night. Entry way veery nice

The air conditioner was lacking cool air, the tub did not drain and there were so many cosmetic issues that made the room look old and run down.

I book this hotel last minute, the woman that was at nite was incredibly friendly, very courteous and above and beyond on her service. I had room 202, pool view which looks beautiful. Room was spacious and clean. They serve breakfast, there was a lady with offered me coffee as soon I stepped into the breakfast room. Also offered me to make me waffles. I felt like I came home and my mom was there knowing I was hungry and serving me food. The man in the counter very friendly, helpful and very big smile. I would definitely stay again there.

I didn’t see any breakfast this time or my last visit either. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable with nice pillows. Lawn areas were overgrown not kept up with. I don’t like that they charge you for a late checkout when I’ve stayed in luxury resorts and never been charged for a late checkout.

The place needs new carpet and paint. Your breakfast needs a refresher. And, to deal with door and TV drama the first 30 minutes when I was tired from driving soured the whole experience.

It was nice and the staff was really nice The breakfast was not what was said on website AT ALL!! And we were NOT advised that the poor was green and nasty!!! One of the main reasons we chose that hotel.

Location and parking were easy access. Room was clean. Staff was friendly Not well maintained. Carpets and stairs were dirty and apparently not vacuumed in days with bits of debris everywhere. Very dated facility. Empty room doors left wide open.
