The hotel gathered my info-cellphone number and email-at check in. I received several text messages from the hotel during my stay to check that everything was okay. The morning we checked out I got a text that when we were ready to check out I could text the hotel and they would email me the final bill. But when my husband went to the desk to turn in our keys, the hotel agent gave us grief saying that she didn’t have our cell or email because we booked with a third party. She made us feel that we had done something wrong. They should better train their hotel desk employees. It left us with a bad feeling upon leaving the hotel.

The property was not well maintained. The sink in my room was crack almost in half. The shower was dirty and in rough shape. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete floor.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The first floor is being renovated and some areas were not useable. In our room it shows the signs of age. There was one floor tile that was loose and would raise up if you stepped in the right place causing a trip hazard I reported it when I checked out and they said that they would send maintenance up to correct it.

Every time I use hotels.com I am given the most undesirable room location- near the noisy elevator and/or next to ice machine. This time my room was both. I had to rise earl, so breakfast not available to me.

The location was good right off of the interstate 10 for a quick overnight stay. The room was quiet. The breakfast was sparse but sufficient. The bed was not comfortable.

Had a terrible experience the smoke alarms went off during the night like five times our phone wouldn’t even work so I could call to see what was happening. The smoke alarm had a bag over it. Would like to get a refund for that night. Can’t sleep the whole night because the smoke alarm kept on going off and then her phone to call the front office didn’t even work and then our smoke alarm had a bag over it

Lady who managed breakfast offerings does a great job. To Go items pre bagged. The food was much better than average. Not overcooked and tasty
