Not Good after driving 11 hours to get to hotel Entrance was dark once you come in entrance looks like they have not cleaned. Elevator old and dirty. Room was bad both beds had hair & Roach in restrooms. Not happy and for the Cheryl on top i felt some type of way I decided not to eat breakfast but opted in serving my self coffe by the time I finish stering my coffee some small but floated up. I was done

Property is going through renovations so pool and hot tub closed. Room was spacious but toilet area a bit tight. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Enjoyed the stay. room clean the beds a little hard but were comfortable enough that we slept well. Property well maintained and the breakfast was good.

Loved the staff. Pool and hot tub were out of order so that was inconvenient.

The biggest complaint I have is that the beds are incredibly hard and very uncomfortable to sleep. As mentioned, renovations are ongoing, so hopefully they will also replace the mattresses. Otherwise, would definitely stay again.

The Staff were very nice and professional and the breakfast was good with a lot of options. They are renovating the 1st floor rooms which will be a plus once they are complete.

Our room was great but the breakfast was not good at all. We stayed at other holiday inn and suites along our trip and their food was great. But this locations food was not. The sausages were all over cooked and dry and rubbery. The egg omelets were also over cooked so couldn’t even finish mine as much as I tried. Coffee was at least good and so were the cinnamon rolls and pancakes but would’ve liked some good protein to go with it :/
