Someone entered my room middle of the night while I was sound asleep. Took my room card and breakfast ticket. Woke up since the light was on as I know I turned it off. Realized that the perp took one of my good medication. Do not stay at this place .

We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. We were not expecting much but it was very nice, comfortable, clean, nice breakfast and priced right.

Holes and stains on the sheets, smelled like cigarette smoke in the room, could not plug in a charger to charge my phone in the any of the outlets in the room...

El concepto del bufet está bien pero creo que pueden sacar más provecho de el, hacerlo más interesante inclusive para la comunidad de Deming ya que hay pocos restaurantes que ofrecen ese servicio pudiera decir que solo los hoteles lo tienen, pero si necesitan trabajar mucho en el servicio al cliente con su personal, la apariencia del restaurante ya que estaba colgada una manta que simulaba ser una chimenea debajo del televisor lo cual lo daba buen aspecto, me imagino que fue decoración de navidad, creo que la visión del manejador debería de ser más extendida y ver todos los detalles que harían al huésped tener una buena experiencia.

The cooler and the clean room The smell of the room, old and musty, the bed was hard, the breakfast for free was ok, maybe take the lids off and don't make people lift the lids off and on till it takes 3 hrs, that should be more streamlined

This was the best hotel ever loved it clean room plenty of parking Brooke at the bar was awesome cold drinks and the food was great. Breakfast was great also I wish I would’ve got the name of the lady and gentlemen that were their greeting. Awesome attitude thank you, All.

Got 2 different rooms and neither one of the air conditioners was switched to a different room after being accused of lying about the first 2 (had to physically show her it didn't work) worked properly the lady at the front desk is extremely rude and apparently hates her job we asked her for something and got a eye roll asked to talk to manager and of course she is out of the office our entire stay...pool was open but green and dirty looks like they lack in the cleaning department as well...please stay away if you want to be treated like a decent human

The young brunette receptionist at work at 7pm is very rude. We go by here every 2 months and if she is working it always ruins whatever good mood you’re in. Snarky and knows nothing youth.
