no complimentary breakfast old food and drinks in breakfast area staff very inconsiderate and poor people skills pool closed

There was only a sliver of used soap in the bathroom. No other soap available in the room. Both of the washcloths were dirty, which made me wonder if the sheets and towels were actually clean. the shower handle was broken which made it very difficult to turn the water off and on. There were many plastic fuse like pieces on the floor. Most of the bathroom stuff was not discovered until after we had already slept overnight. At breakfast, it tasted like the apple juice was spoiled.

Nothing! Everything

The property was quiet and I enjoyed my stay there everything was good with my stay.

The pool was locked up with a chain and pad lock and the pool was green. The manager said they don't use the pool. So this was false advertising. The rooms had mold and smelled like weed. The towels and washcloths were yellow the sheets were stained. The coffee pot still had toothpaste in it from the last guest. The maintenance man came in to try and fix our TV and he could not but while he was there, he sat on our bed and he was sweaty and dirty. The refrigerator was rusty, and there was a wasp nest outside of the room. The manager was informed but she did nothing and said she knew about the pool, wasp, and tv, and had no more clean towels or washcloths that we could trade out.

Good stay thank you for the hospitality

Location Staff was not very friendly. Room was not cleaned properly. Hand marks on mirror.

The room smelt like mildew, the pool was small and dirty and in the back, my blankets had smoke holes in them, the blankets also felt damp the pictures do not match the actual property, my water pressure in my shower was so weak and only the VERY hot water was available for showers mind you it’s 90 degrees already … the property is just 1/10 don’t waste your money here it’s not worth it.

When I complained, the front desk employee tried to tell me that because l checked in around 8 PM, I couldn't complain about the room. I requested a refund and told them I wanted to leave. Instead of helping, she demanded the room key back before I could even get my belongings out of the room and threatened to call the police. I refused to hand over the key until I had retrieved my belongings. There were plenty of other rooms available, but I was told there weren't any. The police eventually arrived and told her the same thing I had been saying all along, which made the situation even more frustrating. I would not recommend staying here. Save your money and stay somewhere else. On the other hand, Best Western Plus was a great experience. Clean rooms, professional staff, and no issues at all.

The front desk worker! She was amazing! Other than that nothing. The rooms were out dated and nasty. The pool is just a hole in the ground. I booked for the pool and tried to cancel. I received 2$. No one would talk to me. It has been over 48 hrs and I still cant get anyone on the phone.

It was 4 walls and a roof I booked it for the pool, pool was not available. There was random people standing around outside, one lady slumped against a fence for awhile. The smell of mold was so over powering in the room. You could see light to the outside between the door and the door jam. The carpet in the room sticky. It looked like it had never been cleaned and was absolutely horrendous. Everything was stained. There was painters tape barely ripped off the walls in the bathroom. There was dip pouches behind the bed. I didnt even bother with breakfast because I was so disgusted with the room I didn't want to attempt eating food if the rooms weren't even clean. I pushed a chair up against the door to have a small piece of mind because I was scared for my children's safety. And a single mother traveling with children its scary enough. But this was a whole different level scared. I would have asked for a refund however at our arrival my car notified me that the battery was not charging properly and I was more worried about not being able to leave to get somewhere else. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I stopped taking pictures as it was the entire room and the more I looked the more absolutely disgusted I became

The front desk clerk did her best to assist us! We reserved this room because our high school baseball team was playing a game nearby but when we arrived they told us their system was down and we couldn’t check in! They told is to write out names on a piece of paper and we would get a refund. Then the owner arrived and told us that the system was up and since some of the people were still there that they had to stay and wouldn’t get refunds because we were refusing to take the room. By that time most of the team had already been picked up because they were initially denied by the hotel and it was late and the ride home was still another 2 hours and 30 minutes! The owner was really rude! The front desk clerk was nice and tried to help and so was the person I talked to thru booking.com. But when they called the hotel to verify the information the owner still told them that we couldn’t check drive back and they could accommodate us ?, needless to say we didn’t make the hour drive back to stay there!

They never brought up a bulb to put in the lamp between the beds

First room was so dirty. Second room was dirty but we were there for work and had to be up at 4am so we took it. Went to the store and come back and cleaned the room ourself. I wish I could post pictures here to show it all.
