When I get to the room, the room had roaches….

The pool was dirty.\n And the building needs work on it.

This facility is okay if you are just in the area for one night only it was the cheapest option out of every place that I looked. The amenities were lackluster it claimed to had a pool the pool was unclean was not working there's no ice machine TV did not work air conditioner was wonderful because it was summer but recommend for one night use because of the price difference between every other hotel.

Access to room was difficult because of steps with no rails. Difficult for elderly. No handicap accessible

Good shower pressure and staff was very nice Holes in my blanket, bathroom light was out, no towels, my door did not have a chain lock

Nothing. I canceled my stay because my room had no bed covering and the door was wide open at 6:30 pm.

If I wasn’t so tired, I would not have stayed

I had reserved a king smoking room. I called the morning of the reservation to double check the reservation and was assured that I was indeed going to get that room. We we arrived we were told that I had explicitly asked for non-smoking. We showed the gentleman the confirmation on hotels.com and he refused to honor the smoking room.

While the property is still a work in progress, the staff are the ones who really make the stay worth it: The Front Desk: Extremely helpful and made the whole process smooth and welcoming. The Head Housekeeper: You can tell they are working hard to level up the cleanliness. My room was well-kept, and their effort really shows compared to past visits. It’s great to see a place actually investing in getting better. Between the renovations and the excellent team, I’m much more likely to recommend a stay here now!"

For the room to have smoking rooms on the property, I was weary but the non smoking room had no odor. Nice Stay. Pool Closed.

It’s was cool for what it was

We came in and told them we had booked a room online through a website and we told them we had a dog with us since the websites don't have an option for pets. He showed us one room that hadn't been cleaned and had carpet cleaner still on the floor. We walked back up there with a guy that was there doing renovations on the rooms that said we have one more room for a pet but the receptionist wouldn't even bother to look and see which room the other guy was talking about and basically told us we can't accommodate you. He wouldn't even open another room up for us since there wasn't anyone staying at the hotel that even had a dog. It's rather sad to say this a common thing for truck Drivers nowadays. The receptionist was just out right rude and very condescending towards truck drivers and their families that ride with them.

My husband stayed here on a work trip and could not be more dissatisfied. While it was 90-100 degrees his AC went out and had to sleep two days with his room being an oven. The shower and sink both clogged so many times he purchased his own Draino to fix it. The water quality was disgusting and came out brown. He purchased his own bedding because of how disgusting the provided bedding was. The coin operated laundry was a draw because of needing to clean his work clothes, but that unfortunately was out of order as well. He purchased air fresheners because of the constant smell. This coming from a guy in construction who’s used to working on the road, so his expectations aren’t very high.

The property appearance was in poor shape, had furniture setting outside, rooms was outdated, carpet was old and stained, had holes in the walls.

The room was dark and smelled musty and moldy.

Customer service

Absolutely NOTHING! The room wasn’t clean, the towels that were given had dirt stains on them, no ice bucket or cups in the room, the shower curtain was filthy and so much more. That wasn’t worth the price we paid for it
