About what we expected. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing horrible, your front office staff was extremely friendly. We received a call asking if we’d be willing to move to a double queen, but we kindly declined, for personal reasons. Upon arrival, the clerk stated that they in fact did move us, but she (personally) got us to our original room. Upon entering our room, it was a bit musty. We took advantage of being able to crank the AC down and within minutes it was super cool and comfortable. The room was clean. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, aside from the bacon. The potatoes were cold, as were the bisquits. Very little fruit remained as we got there about 9:15 a.m. There was no orange juice and the milk containers never got refilled. The coffee was atrocious. Would’ve helped to have a couple people

We have stayed at this hotel twice, a year apart, and both times have similar experiences. The staff treated us like VIP customers. With any snafu, staff treated it with care and precision, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for us. RAJ was an absolute delight!! Funny and professional, it felt so comfortable and like we were home. We booked for the jetted tub in room but we return because of thr people. We will be back!

The pool and hot tub were the best I’ve ever seen. Raj was the best host I’ve ever had at any hotel. My room was comfortable. I will always stay at Best Westerns from now on.

Reasonably priced hotel. Room was clean however found one dead bug.

Monica was so sweet and the evening clerk was super sweet. I didn’t get her name. But it was after 9 when we got there and we wanted to use the hot tub. So she put us in a room on the first floor right down the hall from the swimming pool and hot tub.

Location Room had a bad odor. Was hit and took until the next morning to cool down. Quality of room was disappointing Odor never got better even after room cooled off. Would have requested another room if it had not been for having 2 grandchildren with us to move.

We stayed for five nights, but housekeeping was provided only once during our stay. The staff, however, were very friendly and pleasant.
