The beds were nice, and the rooms was pretty clean. The TV would turn on but you only had one channel.

Comfortable. The beds are to hard. Larger pillows would be better also.

We only needed an inexpensive place to crash after a concert in Durant. The property is old and well used. Pool was inoperable. AC was just ok. Room was clean but small. Plenty of parking. Convenient to food and gas. $70 for the night and served our purpose.

The value is very good. Motel 6 is a no frills accommodation. But this Motel is clean and comfortable. I have stayed there more than once and have enjoyed it. The staff is very nice and helpful. I recommend this Motel. Family friendly.

The location was next to everything you could need. The price was good. There was a dog that barked until midnight. The neighbors got into a fight and took it into the hallways. Did not get much sleep.
