Hilton Garden Inn Denison/Sherman/At Texoma Event Center

Lovely property just minutes from Texoma Medical Center. There are several restaurants nearby including one in the hotel.

The staff is so friendly and always so helpful. The staff is the main reason I stay here. Some of the rooms could use updating, especially the bathroom but not gross.

The hotel was nice and the room was clean for the most part. No vent or fan in the bathroom so it stayed hot. Breakfast isn't free. They charge for the water bottles in the room too, so sure to get your water from the pitcher in the lobby.

We also chose this hotel in part because of the pool amenities. However, after checking in and being past the cancellation deadline, we discovered the pool was closed. A sign stated that it was closed for maintenance "today only" and would reopen the next day. Unfortunately, the same sign remained posted the following day, and the pool never reopened during our stay. Between the cleanliness issues, the maintenance problems, and the misleading information regarding the pool, our experience was extremely disappointing. Not one person on staff offered to assist us with our issues. All we got was the fake apology. I call it a fake apology because the lady would say "I apologize for the pool being closed, can I have your credit card now" all in the samme breath. As a Hilton Honors member, we expect much better from a Hilton property.

Close to a couple of good food spots. They have a bar on site that has great friendly staff and the best chicken wings around. Pizza was also good. I will stay at this hotel when I come to town.

Great location between Dallas and Oklahoma, friendly staff, clean rooms, and great rates.

Bartender was extremely customer oriented. When we had an issue it too the front desk several hours to take care of it.

Everything was great. The stafff was friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And it is right down the road from the hospital so it was very convenient to stay there while my son was in the hospital. The food was not that great but it was adaqauate. The food was mediocre and expensive. But there are lots of options around the hotel so that was no big deal. I ate breakfast there and a salad for dinner one night. The other times I ate elsewhere.

Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect for us playing at Texhoma softball fields

Location and it has a bar and restaurant. The bartender, Taylor made the stay the best. We stayed two times, once on way to San Antonio and on the way home. She is very personable and good at her job. She would be the reason we would book another stay there. Service from front desk.

It’s in a good spot They canceled my reservation without notice and only after a 5 hour drive is when I found out.
