Hotel was very clean and customer service was excellent.

My reservation was non refundable. I was on my way to the property and I had car problems which delayed my arrival by one day. I called the property and asked them if they could move my reservation by one day. The young man with whom i spoke was very kind and helpful. This hotel was very busy and I'm sure they could have easily said no and still rented out the room they saved for me.The property was in a great location and easy to access even with the highway construction around the city. I really have no complaints what so ever.

The pillows were uncomfortable and the AC was so loud that it was hard to fall asleep. Breakfast and coffee are available in the lobby, but not free compared to other hotels in the area.

Great customer service Paid for breakfast but there was no breakfast. Stated staff called in. How do you not have aback up plan. Ask for refund and staff stated we will just give you points. Have not heard anything as of today.

The hotel was very clean and the front staff were very professional and helpful. The rooms were beyond clean and the hotel itself was kept up amazingly.

The elevators were the main issue during our 2 night stay. When we arrived only one of the 2 elevators was working. Long waits and we even got briefly trapped for 15 seconds when the elevator stopped suddenly. Then the worst thing happened, the day of our departure no working elevators and we had to carry all of our luggage plus a very heavy cooler down from the 5th floor. Not a good way to end our stay, I was pissed but refrained from complaining to front desk as this was not their fault. If they fix the elevators, it will be a nice hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, the reception was wonderful, and the snack food choices were great. The room was very modern and comfortable with reading lights, a large TV, and great beds. The place was quiet. There was coffee in the morning in the comfortable lounge/breakfast area. Everything was comfortable, modern, and inviting. nothing

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in May. The hotel is new, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were outstanding, friendly, and professional. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The staff was amazing! They absolutely made the stay more enjoyable, Janayja at the front desk and King behind the bar were great! Also really loved the lobby/lounge area, we hung out there pretty much all weekend.
