Motel 6 Sherman, TX

The online pictures of the room do not match the pictures I have of a dirty room that I was charged 84 dollars for. I have several pictures for proof of that. Black mold in the bathroom, dirty and stained bath tub. Broken and rusted door hinges on bathroom door. Dirty and stained walls. Front door had a gap that allowed outside light light into the room. No smoke detector only the wires hanging loose where one should be. The furniture was used and dirty with a burn whole in one of the seats. The TV had no signal so could not watch anything on it. I have several pictures for proof. 84 dollars for the room and to be honest it was not worth 20 dollars to stay in. I want a full refund because they lied with the pictures they posted online for this website. I give my stay two massive thumbs down.

Staff. Nothing about room, rooms werent clean. Floors were sticky, bathroom was not clean and broken showers. Minimal hot water. Bedsheets were not new. I can smell sweat from those sheets, nasty. Couldn't sleep all night.

There was mold several places.

Checking in and did not have water until 9pm

The location It’s was not clean which made it super uncomfortable there was some man above me in the room yelling on the phone all night slamming doors all together filthy floor and bathroom

N\a The room was dirty had bugs and everything about the room was disgusting.

Room is adequate. No Amenities other than hand soap an small towels. Small fridge, microwave and a 24in TV. Bed is comfortable.

No breakfast offered it was It was filthy ..no nightstands or lamps on either side of bed...no outlets on the wall where the bed was...flooring was in horrid shape..baseboards half on..the bathroom was even worse..there was nothing in proper working order...found some other guest clothes that was stuck between the wall and cabinet....overall very disgusting.

N/A Came into town for overnight stay and the bedding had me itching all night and people roaming upstairs all night did not feel safe here and will not stay here again. Very disappointing it being a motel 6 used to be a good place back in the day but people don't care anymore and let them get run down.

The house keepers were nice Everything else ....manager is a judgemental jerk...I paid 580 bucks a week to be treated like trash

It was what we paid for. Not terrible, but not the best.

The room was beyond disgusting, the sheets had not been changed from previous guest. There were 3 used bars of soap in the shower and 2 wrappers on the floor. When i called to ask for a clean set of sheets, the person that answered didn't offer any kind of apology or seem shocked, he simply said, how many sheets do you need? And can you come to the office and get them?

Room wasnnt comfy, amenities need improvement, roaches in the restroom and dirty linen.

First of all there was no toilet paper! When I drove to the office to get another there was no “I’m sorry for the inconvenience,” etc. it was more like a bother to them. Next huge hole in the mattress—very uncomfortable. The room was filthy. I know we chose this hotel for the economy (we are on a fixed income) but lesson learned. We will never choose Motel 6 again.
