    Upgraded room was good. Low water pressure was the only complaint. The bed was super comfortable. The TV setup is not the best but got the job done...

    The staff was great. The room was clean. But the room could have used somethings. Like a coffee maker, shampoo and conditioner, and other stuff that you would expect in a hotel room. But other than that it was a great stay.

    The laundry. Cost a lot. Bring your own quarters, they do not give change? Prepare for your items to not be clean when you take them out of the washer. Also prepare enough quarter to restart the dryer at least 2 more times so your items will only be damp after 3 dry cycles. This is if the machines dont have out of order signs. Dryer smelled like it was catching fire. Absolutely ridiculous

    The first room i was given had not been cleaned from the previous guests. I am disabled and called the front desk to see if they could bring me a new key to a clean room. I was told there were no other rooms sorry.He thought i was saying i had made a mess and wanted a new room. I asked if someone could please come see the room. He came and realized i had just checked in and brought me to a different room. I stayed 2 nights. This room smelled like bug spray. There were many roaches in that room. Some had been killed on the wall and were still smeared there. I had to leave on the morning of my 3rd day. I couldn't take anymore after i woke up with a roach crawling on my head, one crawling on the wall behind the bed and a other laying on his back with his legs moving on the air conditioner/heater unit. I grabbed my things and left without finishing the stay.

    I originally booked this stay through a third party. The photos shown at the time of booking did not match the condition of the room I was given, which was extremely disappointing. I am not someone who typically complains about accommodations, but this room was not acceptable. The walls were dirty, and there was a noticeable odor as soon as I walked in. I immediately left the room because I could not stay there. I could not remain for the rest of the stay. The front desk informed me that the property was more comparable to a Motel 6, which was not what was advertised on Expedia. This made the situation even more frustrating, especially after spending the entire day ensuring I arrived on time for check-in, only to experience this upon arrival. Booked 4 days , did not stay there not one night and canceled, filed for a refund.

    Great place, priced well. Had a small hiccup with a handle in the shower/they quickly moved me to another room with no issues while maintenance did their thing. Thank you!

    Room was filthy stains on walls remote for tv broken didnt have replacement but most of all ITS NOT THE LONE STAR INN ITS A MOTEL 6 so if your getting a room there dont look for lone star inn only reason i stayed one night i was extremely tired and just wanted to dleep

    Upon arriving I couldn't find the front entrance to check in. Once I finally found it, the front entrance is NOTHING like the pictures. Pretty sure they stole those or used AI to generate those. 2nd thing, the Motel 6 and Lonestar Inn are the SAME motel, and they charge 2 different pricing. Overheard the man on the phone tell someone he doesn't have a room for the Lonestar, but he had one for the Motel 6. Got checked in after 15+ minutes only to get to my room that was a complete and utter disgusting room. Smell of mildew and raw sewage. I immediately went back to the front office and handed over my key card and checked back out. There was NO way those room are livable even for a night. The man told me upon leaving, "You get no refund", completely rude and disrespectful. I didn't stay a single minute in this roach and bed bug infested place
