The breakfast and staff There were spiders in the room 2 were in the bed and there was a black bug that crawled in my ear while I was sleep and I grabbed it and killed it also my room carpet was soaking wet and it smelled like mildew in the room

Breakfast That we had to be moved three times first room door key didnt work , second room smelled bad , finnally third room was hot air wasnt working very good

We had someone banging on our door Sunday, looking for someone’s cell phone would not stop. We were taking a nap. It was very rude. That was the only problem we had.

It was ok . They only had 1 person on staff at a time so that wasn't helpful if u needed anything. Then we needed to leave becausey fil had a heart attack and the desk lady said well I can check you out tomorrow at 11 .I said no because we didn't complete the stay so therefore she was going to make it more difficult to get a refund for the last night

Everything was amazing! Staff was helpful and very friendly! The pool was very well kept and the breakfast was awesome!!

It was clean and the employees were very good. We had no hot water the whole weekend.

Staff were helpful My car got broke into , the tv and phone in the room didn’t work (they had to move us to a differant room ) the elevator door wouldn’t open almost got stuck inside elevator

Worst experience in a Comfort Inn Hotel. The hotel smelt bad (sour carpet). The room was dirty and the bathroom was dirty Breakfast was the most awful breakfast I ever experienced. There was an hour left of breakfast There was no breakfast left I asked if they were cooking any more biscuits and the lady shrugged her shoulders and said no There was no toast no bagels The lady making breakfast was either lazy or they had completely ran out Left a complaint for management to call me they never did.
