Decent rooms older but bed was good air was good

Great!

The property needed updating. And was not very clean. Only ate yogurt from the breakfast buffet.

Decent stay, pool was great and relaxing.

Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Air conditioning cooled BUT made a roaring sound off & on ALL night Breakfast bar was only scraps at 9am on Saturday. Bacon bits. Over done eggs (maybe 2 small spoonfuls). No pancakes. Bananas we could see but we’re not out. Only apples available. Refrigerator was sparce 2 white milk. One chocolate. 3 yogurts. No pancakes available. No gravy or biscuits. Only tortillas.

The room was clean and neat, bed a little comfortable, nice and dark for sleeping,the staff very friendly and attentive. The room was to be handicapped accessible, the toilet very low, toilet seat was loose and shifted. There wasn’t a shower hand held , just the one way up that wasn’t handy at all.

Nice clean property. Good breakfast. Great staff.

The bed was comfortable and there was no noise. I was able to sleep with no issues. The poor quality of the TV where the channels don't match the TV guide, the sound skips and the steaming seems to jump. also the floor tiles in the restroom were cracked. imagine trying to use the facilities and the floor moves on you. It wasn't safe int he restroom. I also noticed what appeared to be paint color mismatch in the celiing from either a leak repair or something. Lastly, the chair and audiman appeared to be stained noticeably . I recommend maybe covering the chairs and sofas with some type of washable fabric that can be washed daily.

All was fine

Kevin the manager went above and beyond what would be required to perform his job. We had issues with our door cards. The issue was our fault due to my cellphone cover had a magnet and erased our cards. He came up and helped us get in and then reprogrammed our cards. Learned something LOL. I actually observed him later with 2 other guest checking in and he was so professional and just as helpful. Due to the road construction he recommended 2 restaurants that where easy to access from the hotel to avoid dealing with traffic. All my times of using motels/hotels this was the best customer service I had ever experienced. Kevin provides 10 star customer service. Was nothing that I didn't like. Room was great and the morning breakfast was very good as well. The morning staff overseeing the breakfast and front desk was professional and very friendly.

The hotel was very dirty. We booked a suite with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa. The sofa bed was stained with what was probably pee, and the springs of the bed were broken. There was blood stains on the carpet, among other mysterious stains. There were a group of people sitting outside drinking and smoking until 12am in the morning. This was the worst hotel we stayed in on our vacation and one of the most expensive. I was supposed to receive a $50 deposit back, and I have not yet received anything. Cleanliness could have been way better. There were blood stains everywhere. The price for the rooms could have been better.

The breakfast was really good! Rooms needed updating, shower head rusty didn’t look clean. Bathroom had hair on the floor in corners.

This is subpar for a Holiday Inn. Needs an upgrade and maintenance. I think it’s under new ownership. Hopefully, they will improve it.

Room phone did not work. Cracked tile and missing grout in the bathroom floor, had to be careful barefoot.

Great hotel staff was friendly and helpful for the most part though not always redily available......room was clean and AC worked well no complaints.....Breakfast was short and incomplete for a weekend.... Average to middle of the road hotel and experience

Not a bad little hotel - even had elevators to access the second floor ( praise the Lord ! )Helpful when you got luggage to haul up and you got bad knees lol 😆. The staff was also quite friendly.

Room was clean. Just one thing, whoever stayed in that room before us, they stuffed toilet paper on the bathroom exhaust vent in the ceiling. However, overall, the room was great. Staff was friendly. Would stay there again if needed to.
