Very clean and safe atmosphere. Bed was not comfortable.

Breakfast offered a large variety of choices. Offered tea for non coffee drinkers. Staff was very helpful suggesting how to get around in Sherman I-45 construction.

Initially we got to hotel and rooms was clean we Che Jed in Saturday and on day 2 we called and had to ask if our room was going to be cleaned around 5pm and we were told they only cleaned every other day but no clean towels were left. I went down and got some and I was told that they had noted for us to receive a full cleaning on Monday which never happened we checked out Tuesday morning and our room was never cleaned the entire stay.

The staff was great, but the smell on the floor where we stayed was very disturbing. It may have been coming from the carpet, but the odor was noticeable throughout our stay and negatively affected the overall experience.

The hotel itself and staff were EXCELLENT!!!! super welcoming, helpful, very nice room, and uber clean. However, my only (not even a complaint, but something I wish they would consider is serving breakfast starting at 6:00. We travel a great amount for sports tournaments. We often have to be at venues at 7 o’clock in the morning. Breakfast is a big part of our day so having an earlier breakfast would be extremely extremely beneficial..
