The staff was very friendly and the location was great. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.. The pool was basically non-existent. It was so small we thought it was the hot tub. Only a few kids could fit and they couldn't actually swim much. Very disappointed in the pool.

I had the king suite and my shower just trickled pretty much didn’t have good pressure at all and the toilet was constantly running and the kitchen sink on the cold side had no water pressure as well and you could see in the bathroom the wallpaper was pulling up

Clean rooms with good insulation, could not hear any inside or outside activity.

All of the staff that I encountered were extremely welcoming and nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay again if in the area.

Great location and close to everything I needed. Couple of maintenance issues when we first got into room. Front desk was notified. Not a huge deal

The location was GREAT. All the eateries are by this hotel! Plus Sam's & Walmart are walking distance, across the street is Target! The walls are a little to thin and you can hear ppl coming & going, talking.

During our visit at in the latter half of May 2026, the elevators were not working and our room was located near a stairwell. We heard constant noise from the stairwell until late in the evening. Breakfast area shut down 25 minutes early and we made note to the manager. She rectified the situation by comping our room.
