Four retired women going to the State Fair in Iowa. Had a really good experience here. Front staff was very cooperative when we had a minor glitch with our TV. They ran right upstairs and worked on it

New hotel, nice location, pleasant staff and good breakfast. Housekeeping staff needs improvement.

No bar soap to wash hands, kleenex box empty, pathetically low water pressure, no bedding for pull out sofa. When I made the reservation the price was $151 for Friday night. I had to call the hotel and add Thursday night. Imagine my utter shock after we checked out on Saturday and I looked at the receipt and it was $647.00. I am sharing our experience and encouraging others to avoid your hotel chain.

This is a new property with a great location. A restaurant/bar is next store. Starbucks across the street. Sports complex within walking distance. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The breakfast was very nice! Fresh fruit. VERY good waitress. Pretty interior decor. I’m a dinosaur when it comes to electronics. The TV was easy to operate! Thank you. The front desk people were cheerful and helpful. The quality of the coffee is not good. That is the ONLY criticism I have.

Clean, smelled so fresh. great location. Walk in shower, clean. Breakfast and lobby very inviting. Outdoor pool, workout area and firepit. walking to gas station, and food! Can be crowded with all the ball players staying with the field nearby.
