I had a wonderful stay. The room was cleaned. The staff were helpful and everything went smoothly.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Good continental breakfast. Nice lobby area for gathering and socializing. Our kids also enjoyed the pool table in the lobby.

Everything was good . But some of Staff wouldn’t speak are acknowledge you most of the time. Got on the elevator with a Staff member and spoke just looked at me.

The staff was incredibly welcoming after an 8 hour drive. This is by far the cleanest hotel I have *ever* stayed at and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. The pool was immaculate and did not smell like intense chlorine like most hotel pools. Our room was incredibly clean & breakfast was lovely. Zero notes. Thank you! We will stay true to Tru!

Room was not very clean. The guests above me was very noisy and woke us up at 6am from running across the room and dropping stuff on the floor.

The staff was excellent. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were in very good shape the breakfast was very good as well.

Property was very clean, breakfast was great and the location was top notch. The suggestion board was a great touch as well.

Perfect location and comfy beds! The breakfast was not a huge spread but delicious. Loved the location for our weekend of games. 10/10!!!

Overall we truly enjoyed ourselves. We were very surprised to see a billiards table and game cart. We actually had some down time to use them. Loved the variety of seating options in the lobby and the small in house store. Around the clock free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is another bonus. The room was clean and the hotel was close to stores, restaurants, and a gas station. Our only negative was the cleanliness of public spaces. Elevator doors, tables in lobby/dining area, and garage cans outside could use attention.

As a new looking hotel it was very clean. Breakfast was great, coffee great, and all amenities were wonderful. Parking was convenient and easy. The only one thing that was a little odd was it was hard to find a front desk person. Many times we would come down and no one was at the desk. But when we did get a hold of someone they were nice.

Nothing to complain about, great value

Very clean. Helpful staff. I had to leave very early for the airport and the coffee was hot and fresh. Even though it was too early for all the breakast items, some were already present and the staff let me get items that were present before I had to hurry out to catch my flight. I'm so glad they didn't stand on a principal that breakfast wasn't open yet. I appreciated that I could help myself to what was ready at the time I needed it. Check in was quick and easy.

This hotel was a perfect location for our family. We had 2 rooms and stayed 2 nights. Neither room was ever cleaned and had to call for more towels and toilet paper.

Coffee was free - but tasteless. I also didn't like having to give my email address for so many things, e.g. machines in the fitness center.

This is one of the best hotels; I highly recommend it. This particular one is very clean and doesn't have smelly carpets. The beds are clean and comfortable, and the staff is excellent. I recommend it.
