Exceptional

All around experience was great , more than what I expected.

It’s our second time here. The room was clean the bed comfortable the ac worked well. We enjoy the pool everything is clean staff is very friendly. Will be coming back.

Plenty of parking, Check in was easy, rooms were clean, and the mineral pool/spa was so relaxing. A plus is there is a grocery outlet right across the street and other food options in walking distance. Will be staying here again in the future!

Everything was so nice and clean well kept up property. We had breakfast in the bar & grill it was good. My only complaint was the jacuzzi didn't get hot stayed at 90 degrees after Calling the front desk twice to turn the heat up. We will give them another try.

First room the TV had no volume and the room smelled. Second room the AC unit was very old so it took a long time for the room to cool down. It's seems to be a budget friendly hotel, so I guess you get what you pay for. If I needed a place to stay though and didn't need luxury, I would maybe stay again.

Cleanliness Nothing

The room was cleaned, the door handle was wobble for room 116, the bathroom was cleaned. I interact with staff when checking in other than that zero interaction with staff. The environment was cleaned. The pool was cleaned

Clean Upstairs noise

Wonderful mineral pools. Clean hotel with easy access to local restaurants and shopping.

I loved the pool in the room. But wish we were able to control the heat from our room. Did take forever to get some to finally turn the heat off.

The internet didn’t work the tv wouldn’t connect and it was way too hot in the sauna room

It’s a really nice area , customers services was good , but room was Hot , door was super dirty

Always a good stay in the desert!
