Well, the girl didn't know how to give a lymphatic drainage system even though she was the only one that supposedly could. But everything else I loved

Bad experience I got the room almost 5 clock

Very clean room and nice staff, pics are a bit deceptive. My suite didn't look like the ones in the picture. It was more of a motel vibe w a hot tub so I guess that was a good touch. Definitely catfished me

The staff was real helpful and the bar/ restaurant was real convenient. The personal pool in the room was way too hot to enjoy it was the only negative thing about the stay.

Clean room get food and drinks

The room was clean, the staff doesn't know what customer service is. The pool area was the best part of the hotel, nice and clean(cost extra for the pool.) It was okay for the price.

Early check in charge not good

There were roaches in our bathroom, i told the front table hoping for a possible extra night in a different room or a percentage of my money back. I am not one to argue or cause a scene if something isn't my way, so i simply left. All the man at the front desk was said that he was sorry and they'll have someone come check for it. He didn't even ask for my name or the room i was in.

Noisy and inefficient air conditioning, old property, no iron, no hair dryer.

The staff is polite and helpful and the rooms are clean and quiet. The hotel has a bar with food and parking is convenient.

Location was decent, in- hotel restaurant was good, we brought our kiddo to the pool and people were glaring and unhappy despite it being all ages. Room was clean but AC struggled and it stayed warm throughout our stay. Stay elsewhere if you’re traveling as a family.

We stayed in one of the suites with the private pool. This isn’t a fancy place but it has character and charm. Our room was clean, check in was easy. Every staff person we interacted with was kind and helpful. It’s nice that they have a a full bar and restaurant. Palm Springs swanky restaurants are literally 10-15 mins away. We’d definitely stay here again.

Room was really clean, check in was terrible tho. Room wasn’t ready until like 6 pm

Great for what we needed, a quick 1 night stop with a pool to keep driving to PHX the next day
