Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas-DeSoto

First we came down for a wedding that started 1 hour after check in, but the guy at the front desk was so nice to let us check in a hour and a half before check in time. All of the staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of choices. We had a very pleasant stay with no complaints! Thank you very much!

Clean room

Everything was great except their was only one guest washer and dryer and it was out of order.

Only 20 minutes away from downtown Dallas, TX. Fully loved hotel.

Clean area inside and out. Friendly staff. Not a fan of the scrambled eggs. Would have loved to have the egg omelets daily.

The room had no enough bright and the towels wasn’t completely clean ( some dark spots on it). No view!

Good location The property had little ventilation. Some more distinct odors were observed.

Good pool and spa. Kids had a blast. Good variety of options for breakfast. Nice facility It is a bit more on the pricey side

Girl checking us in didn't seem to know what she was doing so very slow. Once in our room, the AC wasn't working and called the front desk. Instead of just moving us, they sent maintenance and they had to replace the whole unit as we sat in our room.
