La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham DeSoto

One of the cleanest, friendliness, and best hotels I have stayed out. They serve breakfast and its delicious, as well as healthy. You have multiple options and coffee(24/7). Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling by and needs a place to rest!

The room was very clean and comfortable bed. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was very clean, rooms were comfortable, and everything was nice except the desk associate. She looked half asleep, mumbled when she spoke, and when I tried to engage in small talk she just stared at me. The entire check in process she barely said anything and when she did she mumbled something about a $100 deposit, tapped my car on the scanner, handed me keys and that was it. Other than that interaction-great hotel stay.

I will be calling tomorrow to speak to the GM about a 50 dollar charge i received from my deposit because I was told I stained towels. My family and I only took showers the towels in a picture I was sent looks like someone cleaned mud which we didn't. I was also told the towels were stained but in the picture I was sent the towels were not even washed so how does anyone know if they are stained even though those are not mine. I will be notifing all the parents in TX sports cause we all rented from you all for a football tournament and we will not be coming back. I want my money returned and I will call to speak to the GM tomorrow at 930am. This is a horrible experience.

It is ok in the price that they charge per night.

The parking lot was clean and they have reserved parking for veterans, which is the first time I’ve ever seen that. The rooms are spacious and clean. I love how relaxing the vibe was. I’m definitely booking again

Their was guest fighting outside, my room was not ready til almost 2 hours after check in due to a/c cleaning so I was sitting without air I came from out of town and also the a/c when taking my out cause my carpet to get wet covers were stained with spots
